I had a big branch from my tree come down during a storm and narrowly miss my house. I wasn't sure if it was because of the storm or if the tree was sick so I called and Rael came out and assessed the health of my tree. He was really friendly and knowledgeable and made the process really easy for me. He even rescheduled to a later date for me after my dog unexpectedly had a medical emergency. I called and explained the type of service I needed and was given an appointment to have my peach tree evaluated to see if it could be straightened. The day of the appointment the worker showed up almost 5 hours early when my husband wasn't home, so he left. Later near the time of the actual appointment he called and ask me questions about my tree and proceeded to tell me that he doesn't think they can help with my problem and i should call a landscaping company. I had a talked to an amazing representative from the company Rael in the fall. My lawn had been getting brown all summer and fall and I tried everything I could think of with no success. After talking to Rael about my issues he was able to figure out that I had a infestation of chinch bug and showed me insects he found. He was able to get a treatment plan to me and since then my lawn has been looking better and more green. Great staff and great people.
