I've been working with Josh Moore for over a year now as bi weekly pest control for the Cedar Village community. He is always very nice and knowledgeable. He's also very good at informing the residents about how the bait works and what he needs from them for his treatments to work as effectively as possible.

I have been dealing with a yellow jacket infestation in my ceiling for over a month and have had very poor service with them. Time and time again, I’ve communicated my frustration that the nest needs to be removed because their numbers continue to increase. There was actually a time a couple weeks ago where they were able to chew through the ceiling and burst into my living room. They then came and vacuumed up the yellow jackets and sprayed some more and assured the nest would die within 10 days. Their numbers have yet again increased, and I can hear them chewing in the ceiling again. The maintenance manager of my townhome actually said that (Abell) was expecting them to remove the nest themselves, which is incredibly dangerous and unheard of. I’m currently consulting another pest company that specializes in yellowjacket removal and they said it was absolutely absurd that they have yet tried to remove the nest and were expecting someone to do that themselves that doesn’t have the proper training with yellow jacket removal. Incredibly dangerous advice. I would caution using them for this particular pest because they have not been reliable at all.

Was put on hold for 5-10 mins transferred twice and than hung up on mid conversation. As a property who just contracted you guys, we are very sad by this. All we needed was a prep sheet for a flee treatment.

I do not like that the technician does not wear shoe covers when entering my home. When I asked him to remove his shoes he said he couldn’t and did not have shoe covers. Shoes are dirty and should not be worn inside of someone’s home. I’ve never encountered a company where they don’t automatically ensure their technicians are wearing shoe covers inside of someone’s home. It’s unprofessional and gross.

I live at Smith Manor Apartments. They are very disrespectful to people's property.

They do not exterminate hornet nests but charge you $175 for their time. I wouldn’t call them again.

I called Abell @ 11am Saturday July 10/21, I reached an operator who connected me to the closest Abell office, I had to leave a message, it's shortly after 6pm Sunday July 11/21 and Abell hasn't returned my call. If you have an emergency I'd suggest you call someone else.

I have no idea, after leaving my name and number with the receptionist to pass on to the people out on the road already I never got a call back and nobody showed up 🤷🏼‍♀️

Doesn’t know a bed bug from their elbow came in took a look at my grandmas place said she had them then I had a professional come look and nothing to be seen just money hungry

I was assured that the paperwork from March would be honored, that included mattress encasements and climb ups for all beds. It’s December and I still do not have them! I spoke to Holly a few times and was told “I’ll get those right out” 2 months later they haven’t. Called today 12/9 and was told they will not be providing them as they spoke with the apartment manager and she doesn’t want them to be used. Dishonest and awful at the same time!

I was driving this morning on I 94 about 80 mph west bound and one of Abell pest Control's trucks was behind me flashing his lights saying I was driving too slow and to move over. How rude for a company truck to drive in this fashion!
