After service was not good. No priper cleaning even after multiole request.

We’ve used Anteater on and off since we bought our house 12 years ago. They’ve always been reliable and quick to come out and assess/treat whatever the issue is, whether we needed monthly treatments due to insects that took up residence while the house was empty or whether we needed an infestation of bees eradicated. The past couple years, the same technician, Jacob, has always come out and does a great job assessing the situation and educating me about what’s going on/what to look out for with a particular pest. He was also really kind to my autistic son who tries to befriend every stranger who comes to the house. I really appreciate people who make an effort to be kind and to educate you when they’re completing a service for you.

Super pleased they were able to come out the day of our phone call to take care of the ant problem in our home. Nice guys and professional! Would highly recommend this company.

Called on short noticed with ant problem in one of my rentals. They were extremely friendly, helpful and showed up within 30 mins to take care of it. Great service. Highly recommend 5*

Sebastien is the best. He asks what pests I've seen and where, is thorough and so knowledgeable about his products. I've hardly had a bug in the house that didn't come in when my door was open for weeks.

Sebastian is great. He’s always friendly and efficient. If he’s ever running a bit late (which is rare), he lets me know, but otherwise he’s on time and thorough.

Sebastian is excellent & knowledgeable about the chemicals he sprays. He knows what he is doing. He is very respectful of my home - never leaves any puddling on the floors & he doesn’t rush thru the job. He cares about the customer. He’s professional & very welcome in my home. I’ve used Anteater for almost 30 years now! Wow, I’m old. I have no ants, no critters and any sign of them they are quick to respond. Super friendly and professional. Ethan is amazing and never misses a scheduled visit.

My husband called them 2 separate days and left a voicemail and no one returned his message. I called a 3rd time and finally reached someone. They make you pay 5 or 6 times a year, not flexible with their plans. They conveniently forgot to disclose that if I suspended my services through the winter my price would double when I wanted to start up again. Said I was no longer a mature customer. If they had been fair and provided full disclosure I could have made a better choice for our household. A company who does business like this does not deserve to stay in business. Find a different company who knows how to treat their customers fairly and doesn’t withhold information. There are a ton.

Called twice back to back weeks with no answer. Left a voicemail and filled out their online forum - no one has gotten back to me.

I would rate higher but today june 10th, our technician arrived with no face mask. When you enter a house you are exposing your worker and us. This is not a political reaction this is a health one.

absolutely terrible customer service. the woman who answers the phone is the most unfriendly individual i think I've ever dealt with. the person that came to our home stole the money we paid them, which turned into a whole mess. we kept receiving bills and wondered why.. when we called to figure out why we were getting these bills, the woman was again very rude saying we did not pay our bill. we had to prove to the office that we paid (which we did.) the second guy that came to our house, (a teen boy) wrote the credit card info wrong. once again had to prove that person came to our house and that we paid our bill. i chose to discontinue service and they are saying i have to pay 65% of the total cost. i will not pay for services i did not receive. please, spend your money elsewhere and with a company that is organized, understanding and at the very least, polite.

We have used these guys for almost 3 years. I am just fed up. They are ALWAYS late or just don't show up and when we call there is always an excuse - tire blowout, running late, etc. Give me a break. Oh and we still have ants!

They showed up so late I had to leave the house and then they ran our charge card! Very poor service.

We called anteater about a bees nest on the roof on 8/10. They guy showed up without a ladder or bee suit. He was suppose to reschedule which they "penciled" us in and never showed up. Then they were suppose to call before they came with Monday or Tuesday. No call no show. 8/24's appointment was for 9:30. I cancelled at 10:30 because of no call no show.

Stuck with them for over a year, but after three times of showing up extremely late with no phone call and one time not showing up at all, I had had it and cancelled services. Very disappointed and would not refer them to anyone.

Awful company.. False advertising. They tell you one thing and they do the complete opposite... A total rip off.. I will never ever refer anyone to them.. The offfice manager was rude and smart talking..Very disrespectful
