Got scammed do not use this company.Needed to cancel and was told about the early termination fee of $250 so we continued the service. The service tech came out and did nothing because it was December right before X-MAS and could not spray outside and got charged $130 for that visit. Jay is always kind, thorough, and professional. He treats each issue with care and W4 pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of work. Jay has serviced several of my properties, including my son's group home.
