Excellent service! I called the team to cover a raccoon nesting, and had them manage the investigation, trapping, and follow-up securing the enclosure. I worked primarily with Joe, who was very professional and thorough. I definitely recommend!

I called this morning about accidentally trapping a large raccoon, I was trying for cats but ... I talked to Angel who was so kind and understanding. She assured me she would get someone out as soon as she could.Joe, the service tech arrived at 10:30 and was so helpful and kind in removing the raccoon from my patio. He changed out traps and even helped scoot out an opossum I had also trapped. the opossum was so scared and did not want to leave the open cage. Joe was so kind and patient with him. He finally ran off unhurt and relieved to be free. I would highly recommend A & D Animal Control for all you unwanted visitors. Both Angel and Joe were helpful, kind and very knowledgeable.I thank them both for such wonderful customer service they provided!

Service rep showed up on time, very friendly, Installed four chicken wires on my 18 feet high bathroom fan vents To prevent birds from getting into those vents and nesting. He completed his task in about 15 minutes and charged me the only the Base Price I was quoted on the phone, the day before, to have the technician come out. Called one day and had it repaired the next day. EXCELLENT

Don’t be fooled with the high rating. I think this comes from their quick response to get the initial fee. And if the problem is limited with one animal / issue then you’re done and happy. But if you have an issue that requires follow up and further attention, forget it. You are not a priority anymore. I called them last month over the weekend for an animal noises in the attic. They responded quickly and came the following day. The guy seemed knowledgeable and told me it was a squirrel based on the tracks in the snow. I was happy that the problem would be solved . He showed me the hole where the squirrel was going into the attic. He mentioned that they will put traps , catch the squirrel and close the hole. I said great go ahead They trapped one squirrel apparently ( there is a charge for each time they trap an animal but nobody called to give me un update) I just saw the charge on my credit card. However, the noises never went away . I called them and they promised they would come and take care of it and give me a quote to close the whole. Days passed and nothing happened. I called again and they said they couldn’t do anything for the hole in the winter and I have to pay another 120 fee for evaluation. I said fine. 8 days or more later no one came or at least no one communicated with me. They are not reliable if you have a problem that requires follow up . Poor communication. Only good initial response . Now I have to find someone else to help me. I would not say that they were expensive if the job was done completely. Update: Next day to my review the owner of the business reached out. I am happy that they care. They clarified that they are still working on my problem and it is not easy especially in winter. So I appreciate the explanation.

Called early in the morning when a live deer was trapped in our back lot. Angel was so kind and helpful. They could not however, help with a live deer. Unfortunately, the deer passed. Called A&D back. Joe was here within an hour to pick up the deer. Very professional and kind. I highly recommend Angel & Joe. Quick, efficient and so kind. Thank you both!

I thought this was a company I used in the past. It wasn’t. Not even close. I would not use them again.

Came out promptly...placed 2 traps on roof where Red Squirrel was getting into attic...checked traps everyday for 2 weeks...changed bait after 1 week...no squirrel caught...patched hole where squirrel was getting in for $250...originally quoted/estimated $370...I requested the lower price...the patch work done was not extremely 'professional' in appearance...I hope it will work/last for 20+ years...

A& D Animal Control was hired to remove Voles from property. In hiring this company I specifically mentioned that I had lots of tulips planted in the beds in front of the house and kindly asked that workers not walk through the landscaping beds (not really a large request, given the sidewalks, driveway, and lawn that they can walk through). Within 30 seconds of exiting the vehicle, they were walking all over my newly sprouted tulips, and unfortunately I had to confirm this by painfully watching the video. Thanks A & D Animal Control for destroying my spring landscaping and charging $299 for 2 small boxes of poison that I have to maintain myself.

Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable people. The best part is I can sleep soundly now without the scratching sounds in my attic and walls Update: scratching sounds came back in attic. I suppose I should have insisted the tech looked in the attic during the initial service call because after paying a lot of money for removing various critters from the garden, the follow up service call revealed bats in the attic. Kind of displeased that I spent several hundred dollars relocating critters only to find out after the fact that it was bats all along.

A&E animal control company was recommended by my neighbor very personal friendly company the young man that came out he was very knowledgeable however there was no evidence of an animal had entered my roof area no animal to be found make sure you understand that you have to pay the $179 even if there is no Evidence of an animal in your home to control. I didn’t mind paying however I think $179 just to pricey for no evidence of an animal in my home

Came out and set a trap on my roof. After a few weeks I was still hearing sounds in attic at night, but A & D said nothing was going after the bait so they were done. I asked about putting a door on the opening to the soffit that was made by our wildlife intruder, and was told it was a bad idea. Well, as a result whatever animal was up there is still up there, and now I have bats in the attic as well. A & D never tried to look in the attic for activity. Worse off now than when I started.

This company is sub-contracted by the apartments I reside in. They leave livetraps unattended for an extended period of time with or without animals. I've personally released 2 raccoons, 1 of which was so dehydrated it could hardly walk after being left for 2 days. Other residents have also shared the same concerns. They're are laws in place for this exact reason. If you are looking for a HUMANE way to handle the critters around your property, these are not the guys.

The customer service is ok - their billing is a nightmare. Six months after the service I started receiving calls from the owner claiming that we owed them for an invoice back in December of last year. We NEVER received an invoice - which they claimed was sent. I requested 3 times that they send me another one, so I had some proof of payment, all the time the harassing calls continued. I sent a check and confirmed with my bank that it was cashed a week ago, and I received another call from the owner this morning demanding payment. This is completely absurd. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY - they're beyond incompetent.
