OMG!! first I must say that I was terrified when I found out what was going on in my attic. Bat Man,"Sam" the owner of Michigan Bat Expert came to my home and accessed the situation. After speaking to Batman, I fired my first squirrel guy because I knew that Batman was clearly the one for the entire job. His team of Super Heroes , Jessie, Michale and Weston x3 came out daily working diligently to resolve the problem. The team text daily scheduled arrival times along with leaving daily updates on my door to keep me abreast of the situation. All of the Super Heroes were polite, professional, informative and you could tell they loved their job!! (ewwwwww) 😳 I would highly recommend Michigan Bat Expert for the Job!!!! I recently used Michigan Bat Experts to help deal with a bat issue in my attack. I recently bought a home and during the inspection there was a lot of evidence of bat activity up there. These guys were able to come out and provide a quote/scope of work very quickly, along with coming back out to start the work. There were a TON of places in my attack that needed to be closed off. The 2 men who came were very thorough and really knew what they were doing! They were very polite and explained all of the work they did. Now I just have to wait 30 days until they can come back and do the clean up! I had another quote for this work it was a little less expensive, but not nearly as thorough as this company. To me it’s worth the little bit extra to make sure all is done and cleaned up / sanitized 100%. So far I highly recommend and will re-post after the clean up!

Very timely response traps set and now we wait, very pleased with response time literally called 630 wednesday night amd arrived 830 thursday morning..... Took a couple days for weather to agree and we got one left trap for any extras but we havent heard any and none showed up great job team....

Sam, the owner and James came out and assured me they wouldn’t leave until they caught the raccoon which had been IN my house for 5 days. It was a challenge to say the least for them to find it because I had an enormous amount of furniture, clothing, everywhere. It took awhile and they didn’t leave any area unchecked but they caught it and removed it. I cannot express how grateful I am to the both of them for their diligence in spite of working around so much “stuff.” Don’t hesitate to call them for help - they do what they promise to do!

still happening but I feel confidant Update! Today the really good looking guy who has been my squirrel expert, closed off the places on my house where the squirrels are entering. I have heard no squirrels since my hero showed up!! I love this !

I called this company to find what was causing an awful smell from my crawl space, believed to be an animal. They did not find anything. I had another company come out, and there were TWO animals down there (one in the furnace and the other in the coil). I will not be using this company again or recommending them to anyone.

They never solved my actual problem and charged me $600 and then gave up...still dealing with groundhogs digging under my house. Waste of time and money, just buy traps and deal yourself

They never explain to me why they did not to catch the animal that still digging tunnels in my backyard , I don't recommend this company to anybody, save your money.

We have had this services for a home in Auburn Hills for the last 2 years; and they do not know what they are doing from poor installation, workmanship; lack of professional. We have called the office and asked to speak to the manager and was told there’s “ no real manager” just 2 secretaries. Needless to say we still have bats in attic after a major overhaul, re install of insulation and supposedly seals from the bats re entering… we still have bats! Additionally, we were told to but a bat house!!!! … not exactly the solution. Would not recommend this company for any bat removal work !

They price gouge and prey on the older. They claimed to have gotten the squirrel out of my house I asked to see they claim it was already in the truck and did not show any proof. I am still hearing the noises so obviously they lied please do not use company if you are older

Didn’t show what they”caught” still am hearing noises same day. Claimed to have caught the animal and charged me when obviously they didn’t beware!!!!!

I had a bat in my house and I was able to get it outside. I called Michigan Bat because I was concerned there would be more in the house. They came out to do an inspection for $150 and found no sign of additional bat activity. While they performed the inspection, they did not take off their shoes or put on shoe protectors. They tracked dirt up my stairs that I had clean stair by stair once they left. They said they would provide an estimate to perform bat prevention in the spring. I received the estimate for $900. I couldn’t understand why they would suggest such a service since they found no sign of activity. I think the company was trying to pray on my fear of bats plus the fact that I’m in my eighties to extort money out of me. My son and daughter in-law used Michigan Bat to actually remove bats from their house and never spent close $900. Be careful.

Not professional at all it was a waste of 150$ service fee both guys that came explained 2 different methods neither was on the same page! Do yourself a favor and call a different company!

I experienced the same as the other 1 review . Caulk drippings all over the roof and I still have bat doors installed on my home , and bats . The date of service was 7/19 and I fought to have bat specialist of Mi to return.

Would not recommend, took months for them to even come out to take out the one way door that wasn't doing anything, I still had bats whole time, and by the time they took out the door this is what it looks like afterwards. Metal screen and a bunch of caulk leaving me a sloppy mess to look at whenever I go out my back door. Not what I would call professional work at all. Have somebody else do it if in your area if you can.
