Difficult property to spray for mosquitoes. He spent the time and effort needed to do a good job. I'm glad it's the same person every time. He has developed a pattern that covers the entire property quickly.

What a joke. After filling out the request form, giving my info and the service requested along with reserving a time for the service, I received the response " our team is working on your quote and will be contacting you shortly." I then never received a response and no one showed up at the reserved time. This is a franchise selling umbrella company selling a colorful truck to a local "I'm a business owner" entrepreneur. If you're looking for pest removal find someone reliable.

The worker did a good job but we still have a lot of mosquitos! Can someone please come back out and spray again asap?

You sprayed my yard but did not look what you were stepping on! You stepped and knocked over my fairy garden. Broken fence and wings. Please watch out next time where you step!!

Called and asked about controlling the biting gnats/no-see-ums in and around my deck and patio area. This is what their website states: "One of the best ways to get rid of no-see-ums is by calling your local Mosquito Joe®! Our professional mosquito, tick, and gnat pest control is designed to help you get back outside, bite-free. Our Mosquito Joe services include options that can effectively help keep pests like no-see-ums and other biters away for up to 30 days". The lady that answered by stating that they can't be controlled because their life span is only around 24 hours and that they would just keep coming back. So I looked it up. Their life span is anywhere between 7 and 30 days depending on the species and the environment. Won't be using this company for anything.

Not a customer, nor would I be. You'd think, after asking them for prior notification, they'd call me before they treat a neighbors lawn, as we are beekeepers. But no, no call and two dead hives. DO NOT HIRE A COMPANY THAT CARES NOTHING ABOUT OUR POLLINATORS. This petroleum-based chemical is entirely UNREGULATED and kills every insect, beneficial or otherwise. Shame on you for spraying two days ago when there are NO MOSQUITOS..this exemplifies their GREED!!

Updating my review 9/18/23 My service 9/7/23 was completed within 5 minutes. I was told they were using the natural spray that I requested. After the extremely fast application, I went outside. It did not smell like any natural spray was applied. I sent a message 9/7 and 9/15. I’ve been ignored. I don’t know what happened but the quality and customer service has gone way downhill. My yard has wetlands. We had crazy amount of mosquitos. It’s so much better now. I should have done this years ago. Thanks Mosquito Joe!

I am usually not home when the service is done but today I was and so disappointed that they missed half my yard!! They sat out front of my house for 10mins before and spent not even 5 minutes applying. Missed the sides completely. Wow! Finding a new company

Product seemed to work OK but their workers are incompetent and never provided adequate notice before coming to apply a treatment so I could clear my yard of kids toys and lawn furniture. They also never covered features in the rear of my property and each visit was inconsistent in where product was applied. Most recently I received the text notification 15 minutes before a worker showed up and I was unable to move kid toys, some chairs, and clothing that was hang drying on my back deck because I was at work. I have video footage of the worker spraying directly onto my kids toys and chairs in the yard AND his clothing that was hang drying on my back deck. I called immediately to cancel service and when I explained why the lady on the phone told me the worker did not do what I had video footage of him doing. Plenty of better services around - avoid this joke of a business. Or better yet, if you want something done right these days do it yourself.

Lack of customer service. Show up on the day they want, not when scheduled. Office people rude and don't seem like care about keeping customers. Canceled with them for 2 properties. Update..... Appointment was scheduled for one day and no one show up. Instead, technician decided to come next day. He has seen me outside and I was not far away to have a little conversation and let me know he is ready. It was not 15 minutes, so this is lie. The reason I ask customer service to let me finish because person keep interrupted me while I was talking. This is not Professional. After this, I did ask to cancel services for 2 properties I had accounts for. Unfortunately services went worst since last year, which I was pretty happy with and had no issues.

I hate leaving negative reviews, somethings are better left unsaid - but when a company takes money, doesn't fully perform work and makes promises and cannot deliver - thats a game changer. Requested a booster application, was told a technician would be there by 5pm the next day (Thursday). On Friday, I still had no call, no visit and no email confirmation. I called at 11 am and talked to Amy again - who is lovely. She attempted to get this resolved and was told she spoke to the owner and someone would be there by 5pm. Great - but not so great. No one called, no one showed up and no email again. I even gave it another day thinking maybe they'd show on Saturday. Well its nearing 5pm and no visit. They've been terminated and I will use the more expensive, small mom-and-pop place that will actually deliver.
