Have been very happy with their service. Had Bennetts but their customer service was so lacking that we had to try someone else. Saw Woodys in the neighborhood so gave them a call. Family owned business. Their service works great, they are very conscientious, very personable, they are great with my elderly mom, and we can actually get an invoice from them.

Right from the start, we were concerned about the use of foggers in our home, as we'd heard they can damage electronics. The representative that came to our home was arrogant and condescending, insisting that in 30 years of doing this, he'd never heard of such a thing happening, despite any Google search showing otherwise. Mitchell's attitude was bordering on insulting during the conversation, and we nearly refused service. Repeatedly, he acted as if we were completely insane for worrying about our electronics. We were talked into letting him do (thankfully) just the kitchen. Upon returning home after the treatment, our microwave was no longer functional. Luckily, this is all that was damaged, but it made me upset that exactly what we were afraid of had happened. Calling the office, we were asked for pictures and a video of the microwave not working, which I did. During the initial call, Wayne was very pleasant and understanding. I was told to wait a day and, if it was still not working, to call back so they could make a "determination." The next day, it was not working. So I called back. Wayne was not as pleasant this time, and insisted that the microwave was old and this was likely just a coincidence. I insisted they need to stop saying they've "never heard" of this happening, because it clearly has now. He said he'd "take that into consideration" but refused to be any more help. The call concluded with Wayne hanging up on me. I wouldn't trust these people for a second. Edit: See the owner's response for a class act in deflection, blaming the customer, and passive aggressiveness.
Provider response
Thank you, Michael. You failed to mention the reason Wayne ended the call. Your barraging of foul language is not something we care to engage in with customers. 15 year old microwaves do have a lifespan, and it was carefully explained multiple times that our products do not have this effect. We explained the situation to the landlord, who is the paying customer, and she fully understands the professional workmanship we have provided for many years and does not hold us accountable in any way. Our service technician has been with us for 17 years with an impeccable work history. Your gave multiple instructions to Mitchell, to which he obliged. If your feelings were hurt, it is because he wanted to clarify your requests on the the manner in which he performed his job.

Took a couple hours to call back, which is fine. When they finally called back, I was taken back with how rude the receptionist was. Her tone/attitude was disheartening, so I decided not to use them. I ended up calling Wilkins and they were sweet/understanding. Kindness goes a long way in my house.
Provider response
The "receptionist" was the owner of the company. Safety is paramount, especially when discussing applying rodenticides in a home with children. That begins with the initial conversation. The child's voice and poor phone reception enabled me to not be able to hear you, and I simply told you that, twice. Then you hung up.

Best business for pest control. They handle our personal and commercial spaces and I couldn’t be happier. Also do pretreatments on foundations at a very reasonable rate. Always on time and lead time for new jobs are better than most in town! Friendly and knowledgeable.
Joanna Flood
I was very pleased with the inspection service. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.

BEST customer service! Wayne listened to my specific needs and took care of them!!!

My husband and I slowly but surely found out through the grapevine that the home we purchased was previously treated for a roach issue back from when it was used as a rental. Woody’s seemed to be the original owners choice, and we thought we might as well try if they trusted them and boy are we glad we did. Wayne was INCREDIBLY KIND and just amazing to come out and see us and take care of our concerns to continue with a quarterly treatment plan which is amazingly priced I might add as well and I do recommend it to any homeowners who want added reassurance and peace of mind regarding their investment. It’s less than $100 a quarter and so worth the unexpected if you travel or are in close distance to your neighbors, or even if the house beside you is a rental and you never know how clean your neighbors are. We loved our experience and will remain as loyal to Woody’s Pest Control as long as they’re around.

Woody's Pest Control provided insect control at an apartment complex where I was residing. Professional and courteous staff applied products that seemed to work very well. We didn't see anymore creepy crawlers!
