Do not use Frontline for termite control. They rope you into a worthless, ineffective yearly contract. Then when you want to leave the contract, they want to charge you $600.

Sales: Sales person was very nice however, I later found out that he lied to me about the actual cost of the service. Customer Service: I called to speak to an account manager about my account and was told they would call me back, due to them being busy with other customers, two days later and still no call back. Service: The first mosquito treatment received was great. I was super impressed. The second service I received the tech told me he was only treating two areas of my yard instead of the whole thing. Same tech for the third treatment and same "treatment". I called and they said that should not of happened and the whole yard should of been treated. They sent another tech out and he did a great job. All that being said, I will not be signing up for this company's services again. I only had the service for a few months and it has been very frustrating.

Ryan came out to my home and he did a wonderful job of giving me a visual reference to my concerns. Did a full inspection, He went over all the options available and allowed me to make the best decision without feeling pressured.

I just had my house service by the most professional person! Eric Sampson with Frontline Pest control. He called to let me know he was on the way to service my home. I told him where my problem areas were and he kept me informed of everything he did. Made sure he did what I wanted and was just an all around professional person! Please give this employee a raise! We need this kind of niceness in today’s world!! Great Job ERIC!!

We love having Charles service our home. Charles is intelligent, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. We've had other technicians come to the house and Charles is multiple steps above. We were told by our previous technician that no further treatments would be needed but Charles disagreed. We don't care about the cost we just want it done right and having somebody like Charles here ensures that things are getting done correctly.

He was excellent. I had issues going on and he was absolutely helpful. I had to ask him to leave early because cat ran out. He was kind, professional when I was rushing out the driveway. It was my fault , He handled it perfectly. Deff deserves a bonus. Thank you for being so understanding

Mark was friendly and professional. We paid once and mark has come by twice, he's gotten the bulk of a large hornet's nest in the roof of our porch, and has scheduled a third follow-up to ensure we didn't miss anything. Great service.
Kean was great. He showed up on time, was super personable and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision without trying to sell us on anything we didn’t need. We appreciate the honestly and transparency

the techs that come are ill and not well informed/trained on how to do their jobs, and make me uncomfortable. Also, I still have all pests and even more after their services.

My tech showed up at 8am and never rang the bell. I sat here on my couch and watched him through the ring. This company is trash and now they won’t answer my phone calls so I can cancel their services.

I would give you zero stars if I could. By far the worst company couldn't even get rid of the ants in the house had to call another company out to handle business. Now frontline couldn't hold up their end of the contract and get rid of these ants, but expecting me to pay them. do better be better. I'm serious stay away customer services sucks and this isn't the only problem I had before with them. They came out a time before and just hand tossed the bait and didn't even use a spreader like the other guy did and then they came into my house sprayed everywhere and soak my floors saying that only machine they had. Spray not make a pond out of my kitchen. Just saying do better be better. This how we treat our veterans I guess take our money And give us poor services.

Got the service the bugs became horrible inside my house after the service I called to get something done because I was told by tanner follow ups were free nope they charged me didn't even tell me either. Would not recommend will be canceling my account

I'd like to make some clarifications as there seems to be some confusions. First, I'd like to clarify that Frontline specializes in pest control and not extermination. Our service entails the gradual decline in pest populations rather than their immediate eradication. Secondly, while we hear your concerns in the charge you received, we would like to specify that that charge was not for the reservice, but rather the monthly charge that comes with your subscription, reservices are free with your subscription. We completely understand the confusion as the invoice coincided with the completion of the reservice, however we can assure that reservices are completely free and if you feel as though you need a reservice we are more than happy to help you get scheduled. And lastly if you are still interested in cancelation please reach out to 443-553-3242, we are here to help!
Ryan was a stand up tech and was good with my animals. Very informative and helpful for any questions I asked. But.... They are the worst pet treatment service. I was notified that I had termites and it took several calls and complaints to have them try rectifying the issue. I have them on camera just coming out glancing at a couple traps and not doing anything. They have not informed me if they have been removed or if there was more activity. The lady I spoke directly and could not explain why it was several weeks before they had returned. I could post the emails for when they had service gaps also the service they provided. I even had my home inspected by a licensed termite expert and he informed us how we were wasting our money and they were too lazy to clean off the old termite tunnels with a broom or anything to see if any new ones were active. The standard bug service is terrible also, they just dropped off traps several times on my porch and never sprayed or dumped product unless I was there or called and asked them too. I STILL HAD ANTS AND TERMITES!!! Absolute waste of money and was very unsatisfied. After multiple polite calls they still provided terrible service. Would not recommend them to anyone. Use an actual termite professional and buy a few bug treatments yourself and get way more effective results and save money.

NEVER use Frontline.. they are Huge Scam they charged me monthly only to come out once the entire year and in January during the snow period at that. This place tried so hard to keep me from canceling the service within the first month, just so they could charge me a cancelation fee of $690 to cancel after the 1st month. Horrible, Horrible place that feels like a Scam not once in the whole year did they try to contact me for a sevice visit. I had to contact them several times throughout the year, they had pro ised to send someone out twice but no one ever showed up. As soon as I blocked the charges, I get calls, text and emails everyday regarding a bill. Worst experience period.

Bad service and poor customer service. Tried canceling my service because it wasn't what they promised and I had less pest problems before the service. Read the fine print becuz they will put you under a year contract without explaining while soliciting business in your neighborhood. The amount of work the techs do when they come to the property wasn't consistent. I'd leave less than 1 star if I could.

He left 5 minute after arriving and we have a large yard. He did nothing! Worse service ever in all the years we have been using Frontline! Considering cancelling after this!!! We just called and you’re sending someone out on Saturday to provide the appropriate service.
