Called Justin because I had an overwhelming amount of Boxelder bugs on the exterior of my house. Pest places were trying to charge me $500-$600 for a one time treatment with no guarantee. He explained why the bugs were here and that they would go away in a few weeks as it got cold, as long as they weren’t in the house, to leave them be, which is exactly what happened there is only a few left. We had been seeing a lot spiders on our front porch and we had ants this summer. So I ended up signing up for his quarterly pest services because of the honesty and integrity he displayed. He could have taken advantage of us, and he did the opposite. You cannot beat his prices. He came today, and was very knowledgeable and experienced. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking for Pest services.

I called Justin this morning about big black ants 🐜 coming in my house. Scheduled an appointment. He had a cancellation today so he came out today. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Learned a lot today about pests, and that I don’t have a carpenter ant nest, thank goodness! He did not think spraying would get results as they can travel very far, so he didn’t charge me anything.We need more local companies like his, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and kind! I would totally recommend Premier Pest Management to anyone. Don’t go to large companies, go locally .

I have a fairly rigid work schedule and Justin was more than accommodating to provide his survives during a time I am available. He arrived early, was very professional, and respectful. This was my first time working with Justin and he made a great first impression!

Justin is fantastic. Great customer service and communication. Responds quickly and follows up to ensure service worked as intended. We had issues with mice and ants and he took care of both and gave us tips on how to deal with them on our own as well. We’ve lived all over the country and Justin is by far the best pest control service we have had.

Justin came out to do a free inspection and told us we are doing everything correct. He did not charge us and gave us a few tips to deal with our problem. He said we were doing everything he would be doing and would not take any money. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely use his services if needed again.

Justin was incredible. He came out to give me a quote on some pest control i needed. Turns out the work was a bit more extensive than anticipated. And he was honest and upfront and said he was too backed up to be able to take on that type of job since his schedule was so busy. Even knowing that information, he still stayed an extra 15-20 minutes to finish the inspection top to bottom, so i could deliver that information better to the company who would have the time to tackle that job. And also so i would know what it is I need and the extent of it. Truly stand up character. And the way i wish any business would carry themselves. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

I would recommend Justin 100 times to anyone and everyone. Just my luck, the place I moved into had a bedbug issue. I called Justin and described my situation, he said he would get out here asap. We agreed that it was an issue and agreed on very reasonable pricing. He even was able to speak to my landlord to describe the situation since she was a bit hesitant to approach the issue. Following, Justin would come for three treatments. Each time, he was a pleasure to speak with, was very thorough in the work, and was super knowledgeable and communicative about the process. For those who dont know, these types of things are a headache. Really a nightmare, but Justin made it a stress free process. There were times I would either call or text to ask a question, reschedule, or notify him of what i was seeing. And he would respond immediately with answers, reassurance, etc Before any work, make sure you call Justin!

He made an appointment with me quickly after I reached out, sent an appointment reminder the day before and provided a quick invoice and receipt. He will be back in two weeks to check on his work.
