So glad I found this place after Frontline traumatized me this place is worth it

I just had a great experience with Rice's Pest Control. I called them on Wednesday and was hoping someone could come out soon, as I was having a carpenter ant issue. I talked to Betty and she was super friendly and informative. Brandon, the technician, was able to come out yesterday and do a one time service on my home. Crawl space, house (inside and out including attic), shed, and detached garage. He was very professional and talked to me about everything he saw and serviced. I also talked to Stacie the following day, and she reminded me that they can come back within 30 days to check and make sure they don't see anything else, as part of the original cost. I would highly recommend them and their team!

Without question Rice's is the very best company in the pest control service industry. Each representative is completely dedicated to assist in the mediation of the condition and their service is accurate and complete. I only wish I had met them earlier.

We’ve had rice’s for years. They’ve always done a great job. Today they went a little above and beyond. Thank you for great service. They removed an unwanted guest from our basement (blacksnake) and released him back in the wild.

I planned, in advance, a whole day around their scheduled afternoon service window for a residential inspection/treatment. I cleared my entire afternoon work calendar to ensure that I would be available for their technician. No one ever showed up. To make matters even more frustrating, I received confusing and at least partly contradictory reasons for this disrespectful 'no show'. I never got a coherent, consistent explanation for it despite my efforts in this regard. I gave the company an opportunity to make this right by concretely acknowledging the monetary value of my time as a professional (that they completely wasted)-- not just their own. They declined to pursue this conciliatory and accountable avenue on their part, instead offering only to reschedule me. So I took our business elsewhere.

We called Rice's for a free termite inspection. Living in a log cabin it's always a concern. Frank Truitt, the general manager came out. He was amazing. We had no termites but we had ants. By the time he was done we knew more about caring for our log cabin then we thought possible. And he told us all things that we could do ourselves. Frank and everyone at Rice's have been incredibly helpful. I would not hesitate to call them again if I had any pest control needs or questions. Great to work with, nice and friendly to deal with. And a great company to call if you need them. I wish there were more companies like Rice's to deal with in the world today....

I would recommend rice’s for anyone looking for Professional, Thorough, Courteous service . Todays experience with the Technician was Amazing !!! He actually took pride in his job and it showed !!! Super pleasant experience and he was there at the time he said he would be !!!!!

My relationship with Rice's started February 2024 with a house watcher coming in and seeing mice droppings in a couple of rooms in our newly built house. Our absence gave these critters a clear invite to make themselves at home. Called Rice's and Larry was sent in a couple of days. This man was a godsend. I was out of state and he and I communicated by phone. Larry checked all the obvious entry points and 'hangouts', explained what he was going to do to address our issue, and scheduled a follow up appointment. What a relief to have him take care of our issue. He was great to work with! A true professional. Now that we've been back in our house for five months, we wanted to prepare for the winter, since we'll be away. Thank goodness it was Larry that came back out! He knew every detail of his initial and follow up visits. He checked the house from top to bottom, front to back. After all was done, I felt so confident that we'll have no worries again this year. He is truly an asset to Rice's Termite and Pest Control. If you work with him, you'll find him to be genuine and dedicated to do the job right the first time. I also thought we had a bee issue in the eaves in the back, but all was clear. Thorough, detailed and communicated. I've recommended Rice's to my neighbors as well. Thank you Rice's for Larry.

I was going to complain and tell everything that has been wrong with my service, but I digress.. the only reason you get 1 star is because the girl who answers your phone does HER job correctly.... unlike the rest of you.

Outstanding first experience with Rice Termite and Pest Control. Office staff was personable, pleasant and accessible to take my call, service was scheduled quickly- same day to fit my schedule, wow!!- and technician was timely, friendly and proficient!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent!!! From beginning to end! I use Rice for yearly maintenance. Jon Bryant did our house inspection today. He was fantastic. He answered all my questions! I felt he went above and beyond! Also Danielle. Thank you for calling me to set my appointment before I even got to you. That extra consideration means a lot to a busy working mom. Shady!!!! Tried to charge me for a service I didn't request

I'm a big guy who is deathly fearful of mice. Called Rice's on Wednesday and the technician, John (who is also the Service Manager) arrived 2 days later, on time and spent considerable time sealing any potential entry points for my little gray or brown nemesis. He will be back in 2 weeks to check his handiwork. My comfort level couldn't be greater. All of the positive reviews about Rice's are spot on. Looking forward to continuing to work with them. I expect a professional and thorough job. Way to go!

What a great experience I have had using Rice Termite Control and Pest Services! They fit me into their schedule quickly when I called, stayed in communication with me to let me know exactly when their technician would arrive and then John arrived right on time as scheduled. He was very personable and professional. I appreciated his wisdom and knowledge, and all the time he spent doing a thorough inspection, and then resolving the issues he found. I am extremely satisfied with the service I was given and so thankful for the peace of mind I now have knowing that all is sealed up for the winter! Thank you to John, Stacey, and their company for coming to my rescue! 🤗

They service our complex. I literally watched the tech sit in his truck in front of our buildings. Wait 10 mins and then pull off. Never got out of the truck, then proceeded to pull off! They never serviced my unit, but told management it was completed. Such a waste of time, and meanwhile still have the same issue!

Just saw an employee from this company in a blue pick up flip another driver off and instigate road rage. Real professional

We have been customers of Rice’s for at least 10 years — and never had anything but positive experiences with the office staff, scheduling and of course, the technicians! Most notably, Caleb has been our routine technician for some time now and he’s been outstanding, both professionally and just as a quality person. We are moving from the area so this is a bittersweet message — as we finalize our experience with Rice’s. Great company to work with, wonderful team and outstanding service! Thank you, Rice’s and Caleb, we will miss you! All the BEST!

They’re to expensive to do very little i paid $185 for them to put down mice baits !! Are you serious? I could’ve done that , they didn’t patch any holes or find where the mice where coming from or anything like it was a waste im so upset my problem isn’t fixed.

They couldn’t get rid of my ants!! Waisted my money!

They used a bait and switch tactic on me. I paid for an inspection by Nathan, who only half tried and therefore didn't find anything. Nathan did tell me that I wouldn't have to pay again within 2 weeks if I brought a bug in, which I did in less time. Now, I'm told if I pay $50 again, they'll send out a more 'thorough,' longtime employee to do the inspection again. I said no, and I was told, "Okay, you don't have to pay, but you'll have to take Nathan again."

I was told that they could take care of the ants in home. But after calling them back three times due to poor job, they wanted to charge me because they couldn’t get rid of what they said they could. Their warranty is is a lie. Don’t believe it.
