I am very pleased with the service that I receive from this company. My tech, Judah, let me know he was here and asked if I had any issues. He even checked on the rodent issue that we had & installed traps for. He is always so pleasant & professional.

This company provided immediate assistance to help me fight Rats when needed. I am extremely happy with their assistance. Young Man kindly let me know when he arrived and describing exactly what he was going to do and asked if there were any problems, which I said no problems.

If I could give this company NEGATIVE stars I would. They are scoundrels. They do not hold up their end of the contract and then just cancel your contract with a fee. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

I had a guy named Tyler came to my house showed me a list what he does of all kind of wildlife and I’m scared of snakes and I got a big package so far he only traded for mosquitoes and we still get bite from mosquitoes spoke to a lady saying that they do not treat snakes Lizards everything that Tyler told me he created was a lie I was scammed

Please make sure your door to door salesman know how to read. It’s one thing to disregard a sign at the front of a very small subdivision that reads “no soliciting”, but it’s another to ring my doorbell when there’s a very visible sign saying not to ring or knock. I have guard dogs and 2 sleeping babies, one of which has been very ill. I take the proper steps to make sure I do not have random people coming to my door and alerting my dogs. When pointing out said sign to the salesman and letting him know I was not interested, he continued to disregard what I was saying and continued to pitch me his business. Very unprofessional. Your salesman become the face of your company… if this is how business is conducted, I will NOT be utilizing your services.

I’ve been calling Insights for 3 days to get someone to spray my inside home. No one called or came out to spray, but every month money is drafted out my account to pay them. The first month was awesome now it’s been 4 months and I can’t reach no one. This is unacceptable.
Got a whole year of service but still had pests complaints. On the last month of service, they came and removed the bait boxes from the property. Do yourself a favor and get your own stuff. Saved you $79/month. I was baited to go in a year contract on top of a $350 initial fee because I thought it would be beneficial but it didn't produced results I had hoped.
The worse pest control ever never showed up and collected money I would not recommend this place they are money scammers

You have been our customer since 8/22 and we service you many times and have received 5 stars from you. What can I do to change this 1 star to a 5 star?
Worst company to go to they will take your money and don't give you service for 3 months
They make it impossible to cancel and of course they can take money out ur bank but they won't spray unless u call for an apt why do we pay monthly terrible business
