Like other reviewers have experienced, when I called Ryan, he made a same day appearance at our house to determine what was causing a delicate knocking sound in our front wall. Due to its location, he suspected an errant possum. He diligently manned a possum trap for ten days and did capture and relocate one possum suspect. But the largely nocturnal scratching and knocking sounds persisted. Then, suspecting rat (or rats), he changed his tactics and within 24-48 hours of the new strategy, all was serenely quiet. Ryan was calm and unflappable through the process, virtually guaranteeing success for a set price that seemed reasonable, considering what was happening. He then gave us an estimate to seal up a likely access hole under the house, which also seemed reasonable. I'd recommend this company to anyone who suspects their house of harboring wildlife or pests. Even in New Orleans, it is not necessarily ghosts knocking on your walls.

Came out quickly on a sunday (other 7 day week companies haven’t returned the call yet) and worked till he found our dead animal family. Highly recommend!

We had 2 raccoons living in our yard and being extremely destructive. We were concerned with our dog potentially getting sick from raccoon urine or feces, or getting into any altercations with them. My wife found Gulf Coast Wildlife Removal online and Ryan was awesome! Extremely prompt. He serviced the traps very frequently, even when he didn’t have to. I even offered to re-bait them to save him time and trips but he showed up every time. Very professional. I’d highly recommend him if you have wildlife issues. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. Incidentally 2 possums wandered into the traps too, Ryan had no problem removing them as well. I had opossums under my house and one had gotten in the wall. Ryan came on a Saturday and set two traps. It took longer than anticipated to catch them but Ryan stayed on top of it. As well, he found the two spots where one had gotten into my house. Once the last one was caught he sealed up that area for me. My experience was fantastic, Ryan took care of everything, assured me it would be resolved and saw it through to the end and checking in with me daily. I highly recommend this company. The fact they will answer your call and take care of an issue on a weekend is comforting. Having critters in your house is unsettling. Thank you!

Quick, efficient, and attentive help for a raccoon in our attic. I've saved their contact info in my phone and kept their magnet on our fridge, so if we have any problems in the future, they're only a call away.

We were desperate to get what we suspected to be a dead animal removed from our crawlspace, given the awful stench in the house. We had a possum problem. Ryan returned my call promptly and came by the next day to set up the traps. He came back daily until he was sure the possums were gone. We liked that they were taken to a natural habitat instead of trying to dig under our house. We were completely satisfied with Ryan’s service and the price was fair too. We had an unexpected visitor in our yard with a hurt paw. I contacted Ryan with Gulf Coast Wildlife Removal and within the hour he arrived. The cost was very reasonable and affordable as opposed to the other 5 local companies I called. Prices from the other services ranged from $350 - $750. I told them it was a raccoon not a Tyrannosaurus. Amazing they can charge this price, but you need them, they don’t need you!! I had a pet raccoon years ago, raised him from a baby, so I was torn whether to call someone because Louisiana law requires ALL captured animals to be euthanized, regardless of the health and/or situation. How archaic is this State. Since he was injured I had no choice but to call, knowing the end result was not good. I hope they change these laws at some point. Rabies and Distemper are the two main reasons, but the last known case of rabies was 20 years ago, if not longer. I don’t know about distemper, but maybe it would be helpful in the White House, lol. Ryan was very professional and caring. I was able to tell immediately that he has a passion for animals regardless of the species. People are not the only living beings that experience happiness, pain, emotions, and bonding. I highly recommend his service if you need someone at the top of their game!!

We trust Ryan to handle just about anything! He truly loves animals and was so instrumental in helping to relocate a family of squirrels from our office to the wild, where they are very happy! He was knowledgable, thorough, and got the job done right - we are so thankful!

Cannot recommend Gulf Coast Wildlife Removal enough! Ryan was a lifesaver when we had a dead possum under our house - directly under our attached Airbnb guest suite, with guests checking in the next day. When another company I called didn't show up or answer follow up phone calls, I started to panic. Fortunately, I called Gulf Coast Wildlife Removal. Ryan answered the phone, asked questions to assess my situation, gave me the options & estimated cost, and scheduled me for the next day (which was reasonable since I called at 2pm). I mentioned in the call with him that I was under time pressure with our Airbnb guests checking in the next day. About 30 minutes after we spoke, Ryan called me back to let me know he had a gap open up in his schedule & could squeeze me in the same day. About 2.5 hours from my initial call, Ryan had removed the possum and fogged under the house with an odor neutralizer. Problem solved and restored peace of mind—and all at a very reasonable price (less than the quote from the first company for the removal alone). Responsive, reliable, knowledgeable—absolutely could not ask for more! We will recommend to everyone we know!

Ryan came out to help us with a possum that was living in our attic. He set traps around the perimeter of the property, checking them daily. He will definitely be my first call if I ever hear anything in the walls again. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with critters.
