I would highly advise that you steer away from this company. They do the bare minimum and will charge you hundreds to do services that you could do yourself (I.e. lay down traps, point out rodent entry points). My rodent problem got worse the longer I used them and when asked what they could do to help, my assigned inspector just said they don’t do more than act as advisors. There’s many other exterminator companies in New Orleans, I would definitely recommend you look elsewhere than working with this company.

Montreal Baham is a former employee of Al's Pest Control Service Inc. Who was recently terminated.
They never called me for an appointment, so I wouldn’t know. I manage to get other estimates and they’re over priced, so it’ll worked out for the best

Ms. Garduno, I did an estimate for your raised structure yesterday. I used your ring doorbell which you did not respond, did my dimensions and all other documentations including photos of what appears to be a newly installed baiting system. I based my fair price on your approximate 1456 square footage of a traditional liquid soil treatment $859.00 very reasonable. My office obviously contacted you in order to get your information including your email address. To give my company this type of review is questionable. Nicki at Al’s pest control is the absolute best. Always schedules promptly and takes perfect notes of our needs. The only bad experience I ever had with als when she was on vacation. She’s a gem!
Since using them the bugs within my home are nearly non existent.

Terrible company. Rats in my house with my baby & The technician they sent was awful. He didn’t even try. Didnt care at all. Wasn’t helpful & their services were a waste of money. Nothing they did worked, considering they pretty much did nothing. Al’s just put one box outside & sprayed poison….. Never looked for holes at all. Went with another company and they are so professional and helpful. Everything opposite of Al’s. Go with LaJaunies!!!!

Mr. Luis has been a loyal customer of Al's Pest Control Service Inc. for well over a year now. We had two Louisiana state certified technicians for his original rodent control service scheduled for November 30th 2022. I had been informed by one technician that the customer expected a location of the rodent at the time of service along with removal and was not happy with his explanation along with the results. We have returned to this property for follow up inspections and service which is included in our 30 day agreement. We've identified possible entry points which we recommend exclusion.. Mr.Luis has my personal cell phone number and we've been in communication with each other.We pride ourselves in successfully solving Termite,Pest, and Rodent Control problems.We appreciate Mr. Luis giving Al's Pest Control Service Inc. an opportunity to solve his issues... And We Thank Him for supporting Our Small Business...

Inspection was performed around the exterior of the house, No termites detected. The agent explained to me the addition to the concrete near the home needed to be treated and explained the reason. Mr .Terry was professional with his work and helping me to understand what a Inspector looks for in the process of treatment

Very disappointed with Al’s. Bought a house under contract with them and have renewed, house had been with them around 8 years. I’ve had them come out several times to look at termite issues, they are not great at following up with customers and the termite problems I’ve had them come out for continue to go unresolved and have gotten worse. Currently have termites eating up things and now coming out of the walls, it’s a nightmare. Edited for response: house was soil retreated less than a year ago, had ppl come out and give no further recommendations several times - most recent visit was within the past month, sent emails with no response... they are eating a hole through the wall and swarming inside.

Also Renewing a contract isn't going to keep termites away, you must have the property re-treated when it's time. Homeowners get the option to retreat or just Renew. However, if an account is properly up to Date with all of our recommendations to keep the property protected we take full responsibility for the possible neglect on our technicians part. You can give us a call anytime to resolve any termite issues,. As we are licensed, bonded and insured. We back our protecting your property from the ground up. But the Tenants stated they have been covering the termites up with ducktape and wiping the walls, Till it became unbearable this Month. The technician was spot treating/Re-treating/removing the Source of the nest for 4+hrs at this property. We did everything to solve your horrid nightmare as termites are a true nightmare for everyone. we scheduled the quality control inspection to confirm and ease your situation within 7 days from today.<br><br>Resolved, Thank You,<br>Management
Paid in full for a new construction pre-treatment and a perimeter treatment once construction was complete. Pre-treatment was performed. Only half of the perimeter was treated. Dishonest business practices. DON'T RECOMMEND.

Don't know about their service but I can tell you the driver of one of their service trucks was driving extremely too fast (approx 30 mph) down a flooded street (Orpheus Court) in New Orleans at 9:50 am on 10/25/19 pushing water onto the storefronts of businesses. Attached is a picture of Al's service truck as he flew down Orpheus Court upon blowing thru the flood waters.

The safety of our community comes first.
There product did not work they came to the house twice and it was if they had used nothing, store bought remediation worked better than their service I am very disappointed and feel that my family was cheated.

I am so sorry, you experienced this and with our new management we aim to satisfy all customers needs.
The technician showed up for the 1st appointment and did a quick spray of our house. He didn't move or ask us to move anything, he just sprayed it ir sprayed around it. We saw no change in the roaches or mice. 6 weeks later when the technician showed up for my "free follow-up" the office called and said there was a charge for the visit. After trying to explain that another employee gave me different information she was rude and indifferent. She called her technician to leave without finishing the treatment. On top of all of that the chemical smell was so bad in our house we had to take our dogs and leave. Very disappointed in this company and their lack of professionalism.
