This is a rating based on customer service. The technicians and those answering the phones are amazing. The PEST control that I pay for is bottom of the barrel basic. Go to Home Depot and get raid. I bought a service package for my mom to treat weevils in the cabinet. Spiders, rodents from construction in next door and anything else. Okay, I've been using them for years. But in the last year, hell no! I Is contracted for annual services up front. This is where I pay for the entire year up front and I receive a discount. But EVERY YEAR, When by your contract ends. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU! They will not send you a bill. They will not inform you that your contract has ended, NOTHING. They then FORCE, YouTube pay the quarterly higher rate for at least one month before.They will allow you to go back to the annual discounted price!
