I have been using Terminix for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service. Chris comes and checks the bait traps 3 or 4 times a year. He always texts the day before to check if it is ok to come the next day. On the day he comes he texts to let me know he is on his way. He is always very friendly and efficient. They come once a year and go through the house and look for evidence of termite activity. The plan I have covers any damage I get should termites get through the barriers. Update: Again today Terminix came and checked our bait traps for termites, very polite and courteous. He texted yesterday to check if it was ok to come and to let me know he was on the way and here once he arrived. Fantastic service!!!!!

I started to see baby roaches in my den, kitchen, bathroom and in my trash can. I called Terminex and the gentleman came. He sprayed outside around my trailer, in my home and in lockers and around baseboards. The next day I found dead roaches, drunk looking roaches, crawling roaches who were confused as to where to go. The hotel traps were filled with small roaches and this continued until the coast was clear. The gentleman was pleasant and knowledgeable. He will continue the process and I am happy!
