Thomas showed great humanity by helping out my father (83 years old). Great customer care. He even followed up with a phone call and alerted us to a potential AC problem which enabled us to get a service man out before there was an issue! He was genuinely caring and made a difference. Wouldn’t use anyone else in the Metairie area!
