They don’t seem to be serious, they will come do the inspection and get paid for it but then they don’t really want to do more than that. Called and texted multiple times, initially holly was saying they will get it scheduled but then they stopped responding. They did the same with one of my friends who was buying a house around the same time, showed up for inspection, got paid for it and stopped answering for actual work to be done. Would recommend other people who are more serious about their business

He was Prompt and reliable on the day of the service. Once I seen the Service Technician Crawl underneath the House I knew I was in good hands. They have had my home under termite treatment since the pouring of the slab in 1986. Great job, always thorough, timely and good customer service.

Have used this company for 9 years now. Their flea and home extermination service has been responsive (we love the guy who comes out fast) and the treatments effective. That’s why this isn’t 1 star. BUT their termite contracts…they don’t want to help you. We paid for our annual contract back in March. It’s August 1, and nobody has made it out to do the actual treatment. We aren’t living on the property, and every time they schedule, one of us has to travel two hours to be there. Half the time nobody has shown up, and we weren’t told ahead of time. We understand there has been a lot of rain, but there were many months of no rain, and were told they had no appointments for months. There is nobody above the scheduler to rectify and make this type of thing right. My husband missed family being in town on Saturday to be there. Nobody showed up. Nobody called. Nobody there cares. If you don’t have to, don’t deal with this company.

The staff of H&M are personable, professional, focused, helpful…overall one gets the strong impression that you are in the hands of caring individuals who are truly good at their jobs and seem to love doing the work. And the products they use are effective, as we know by not having to worry about pest invasions or termite damage or anything other than the occasional lost insect who we find dead after encountering the barrier left behind by H&M.
