I have some rotting wood on my door so my contractor recommended this place so that I could prevent any bug infestations while I wait to have my door replaced. I went on a Saturday morning, and there were 2 people ahead of me. Right away I could tell the man at the counter was very knowledgable. He seemed to be able to diagnose and explain thoroughly what each person was experiencing. He gave me a couple things for my issue and gave me instructions on how to use. I applied the solution as soon as I got home to the problem area, as well as around my house (I've had these harmless but annoying red shoulder bugs everywhere, crawling up my siding, etc). There are a total of ZERO bugs on my house this morning. I saw two on the door threshold but they were dead. It cost me about $75 total for everything which is more than I would have liked to spend...but it is worth it! I'm confident I don't be getting termites or ants in my rotting wood area, and I have plenty left for more applications. Looking forward to no roaches or june bugs this summer! If you are having pest issues I'd recommend this place over Home Deport or Lowes or any product you'll get on Amazon.

After realizing that he doubled the price on the products and also the fact that i didnt need ( therefore didnt open ) the other products he sold me , i went back and as soon as i walked in the door to ask if i could return some of the things he says " ah, you saw that sign didnt you? " I said " what sign?" And then I proceed to read the sign " no returns" etc... I just looked at him and told him the product wasnt even opened. Still had seal on it but then i realized I had been dupped and this is his way of getting away with such price gauging. Just said goodbye and have a blessed day..

I paid almost $200 for ant killer shyster and bug killer for my roses told him I had a dog to make sure it's safe when I got home and read the instructions. It was so powerful he told me not to even handle it without gloves and don't go near any animals With the spray I brought it back immediately and he said we do not give refunds but you sold me the wrong thing doesn't matter no refund so I left the bottle of insecticide killer there and told him he could have it. I didn't want it and they kept my hundred dollars for that , I'll never go there again

They charge double for products available elsewhere. I went because rep working Saturday said they could identify species to treat effectively. Rep working Monday could not, but sold me an insecticide. Upon reading label decided I best have a company spray due to my sensitivity. Hadn’t opened yet so looked at receipt to return the very next day to find it reads ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS. Then I looked up product Suspend SC which they charged me $89.95 is available for sale at major hardware chains everywhere for $44.00. Just glad I didnt let them sell me their $39 sprayer (a $12 item elsewhere). Now reading prior reviews stating same. Reminder to me to not only check recent reviews but also lowest to get all facts.

What makes this store a great value is that the sales person has great knowledge concerning the products and more importantly he knows how to apply the priducts depending on your individual pest problem. The fact that expertise is included is an immeasurable benefit.

I have drain flies. The man sold me 32 a dollar can of slime remover for drains. After purchased I felt that this was a bit high for a can and did some research. Found the exact same product for $17 on Amazon. Come here to get advice of you like but leave and buy on Amazon. You have to wonder why a place would have a zero return policy. It's because after they Rio you off, he refuses to take it back. This man prays on your ignorance. Just read other reviews. The reviews where people complain of high prices and the store owner will absolutely lie to you to sell a product - are absolutely on point. Don't use this guy unless you want to be ripped off and lied too.

Paid $278 for a gallon of Talstar Pro, on sale $100 off today only I was told. Found out I did not need it, I had a termite contract on the building. Called to return it and was told of the "No return" policy. Shame on me, I should have read the sign on the wall. Then I Googled Talstar. $52.00 on Amazon. Called and I was told that Amazon sells counterfeit! Seriously? Was told that some people who buy it on Amazon found out that the bought milk!!! I can't find any reports of this on the internet. Do yourself a favor, Google it before you buy. I paid $222.00 too much. Shame on you Pestop.

No return policie. Price more than double market price. Wont use in the future.
