Well organized company from the office to the field. Office personnel can answer your questions and the field technicians that come to your house are well trained and knowledgeable, very friendly to boot. Can't say enough good things about DA. Give them a call and you will not be disappointed. A+ I've been using their termite service for 4 years now.

I cannot recommend DA Exterminating enough. As a business owner dealing with a stressful rodent issue, finding a service that is both effective and genuinely caring is invaluable. DA Exterminating exceeded all expectations. I especially want to praise Greg, the technician who handled both visits; he was efficient, thorough, and incredibly professional. What truly sets the company apart is the dedication of the entire team: Supervisor Albert was always available by phone to answer my questions, and most remarkably, Greg came out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 5:00 PM to handle a time-sensitive concern. That level of commitment—working late right before a major holiday—shows they put their clients first. If you are looking for a pest control company you can trust completely, look no further. Scott was very friendly and put me at ease immediately. he was quick, clear, and understanding. He came to spray for roaches/bugs.

A while back I was making calls to local exterminators to get a quote to treat an oak tree on my property for termites. I called DA Exterminating, their people were somewhat short/rude on the phone and refused to even proceed with my quote unless I; 1) scheduled a service call to confirm my oak had termites (it literally had them coming out of its trunk, don’t need an expert and call out fee to diagnose that) 2) Then wanted a whole home contract 3) Then and only then would they give me the price to treat my oak. Solid nope, I’ll never do business with a company that has an approach like this. Seems like an aggressive business model. Highly suggest you find a small local mom and pop outfit, like I did in Harahan (JPC Exterminating) literally got a quote over the phone, a scheduled treatment date and that was a wrap. Simple no fuss transaction. No contract BS talks as DA was pushing. *edited since DA’s response. As you can see they will force you to enter a contract even for a tree that’s no where near other structures. Just a stupid business grifting model.

I inherited a termite contract with DA Exterminating as part of buying my first home. When it was time to renew the termite contract, the front desk staff was extremely helpful answering all my questions. A big shoutout to Anthony, who handled my annual inspection and bait refills. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which gave me real peace of mind. His attention to detail and insight into preventative care were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend DA Exterminating if you’re looking for reliable and knowledgeable termite protection!

I’ve been using DA Exterminators for a few years. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with their services. I have not had any termites or any other pests problems. I like how they remind me when it’s time for my home to be serviced!

Working with DA has been great. I found termites in my front room and called them for help. They've been great to work with. Walter is coming monthly to check the baits and he's been very patient with all of the questions I have. I highly recommend DA.

Until their most recent termite inspection I never had an issue with DA Exterminating. A few weeks before they were scheduled to check on my building, I had a new fence built on my property, and the installers had to remove a termite bait station. This has happened before and the inspector from DA reinstalls the trap. I got a call before the inspector was scheduled to arrive and I mentioned that I was stuck at work and couldn't be at the property. He assured me that wasn't a problem and said he'd call me afterward. I never got a call, and when I got home I saw the missing bait station was still uprooted. Must not have been inspected! Maybe he got tied up and he'll call me later to reschedule. After a few days I called and left a message asking if an inspection had happened yet. They sent an email with a report showing a clean bill of health, with all termite stations checked and 100% of them looking good. I looked outside and that bait station was untouched, just laying on the ground where it had been since the fence guys pulled it up. How could all my bait stations have been checked if one of them wasn't even installed? I called and wanted an explanation. I was told a supervisor would be in my area later that week and he would come by and check up on my building, and that he would be able to answer my concerns. No supervisor ever showed up and no one has communicated with me since. My assumption is that they never even did an inspection, and just faked the report when I asked. Now that I've called them out on this, they're blowing me off. The crazy part is that if I hadn't put that fence in place I would have trusted that their report was right and that my building was safe from termites. Clearly I have to cancel my contract with DA and find a more trustworthy company. Update: After this review was posted, DA quickly responded and offered to make this right. Ultimately I decided to take my business elsewhere but they were prompt to refund me what I spent on the most recent contract renewal. For this I am grateful, and I think it's worth sharing that even though I was an angry customer who had shared a negative review, they were courteous and proactive. Maybe my experience was just a fluke.

I’m from the north and am very new when it comes to termites and the entire exterminating process. I made an appointment for a tech to come out and explain to me where and how the baiting stations work. Mr. Trey Crawford arrived 2 hours early which was a good thing, spent a few hours here in the heat and humidity baiting, explaining, and added more stations where necessary. He is a young, respectful man that seems eager to please the customer and knows his product well. If his boss reads this he deserves a raise and some praise.

I have been with DA Exterminating for years. I have termite and pest control with them. They never disappoint. I thought I had active termites and was freaking out. They sent Louis out immediately and he did a thorough inspection. Turns out I have water damage but no termites. The office staff (Paula) and the inspector (Louis) were very kind and professional and I give them all the stars on this review. What a great company. According to Louis, the boss of this company is the reason its so good. That’s not surprising but it’s nice to hear. Thanks DA for your professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, honesty, and kindness.

I called the office at 2pm for emergency service about a dirt dauber problem in my garage. I received a return phone call within minutes from Michael Phelps who said he could be at my home in 10 minutes. Mr. Phelps arrived promptly, assessed the problem and discussed a solution with me. Mr. Phelps began working diligently by spraying the area while me and my kids left the house. When we returned home all of the dirt daubers were gone/dead. I should add that iltgere was a major infestation of them and he got rid of them with no problem. I will recommend D A exterminating to all my friends and family along with requesting Mr. Phelps to be the technician that does the work.

Overall termite service is very good. Problems with pest control. I wanted yearly service that included retreatment as needed if a problem arose. I am still not clear on what type of service I have. Not completely satisfied. I keep getting calls that I am due for service sooner than expected. Otherwise okay.

3 star, really? 1. I like DA, and they do a fine job. Then why 3 star? 2. I have asked a few times to do 99% of all communication through email. I know, it sounds silly. But it is what it is. 3. Going back to #1. I 've used 5 termite companies over the last decade. I prefer using local companies -- ones that do not franchise out to corporate. Why? 5-25% of the monies can end up in corporate so I strive to use local companies. Smaller local guys can be tricky b/c it is hit or miss in quality. So moderately size local companies are generally better. This is where DA fits the build. The work is good, but I dislike the phone. I have 3 homes with DA and have another one that was transferred to a family member. However, I've switched 3 other contracts from another company (let's call: P) and use another company (let's call L). I will change my review if I can get communications (especially for scheduling) switched to email. In the hospital, it's all about documentation. I avoid he-said, she-said and email provides the proof. So 3-star is average. 4-star is above average. I'm trying to leverage/encourage use of email for scheduling. That's it. I've been in contact with one agent a few times and tried using the website to request it. Meh. Neither seem to work. ***Side note: I've talked briefly to a few of the DA techs. I like 'em. Sound competent, nice. I don't remember the 3 techs' names that I've encountered in the last 3 years but they are better (than Company P. Company P was pretty meh -- 4 tries for one house and it was a mess. Left the contract after 3 plus years).
