Denise is wonderful. She comes to our office monthly and is very quick and efficient and always has a pleasant attitude.

In August 2022 I had a new sump pump installed, new vapor barrier and boracare with moldcare sprayed in my crawlspace with warranty. Been telling Thomas B for over a year that the sump pump isn’t working. All he did was turn on the pump to make sure it works but did not check to see if water was coming out of the discharge drain. Called several times about the mold. There was white residue on the joists as if it was sprayed at top and let drip down. The white residue was where the treatment missed and left mold on the joists. (See 1st photo) Thomas B assured me that it was not mold and that my crawlspace humidity was good and wouldn’t have mold. In March he sent someone out to respray but that was a bust too. Came with a gallon garden sprayer half full and left with solution still in sprayer. (See photos) The person who installed the treatment, sump and vapor barrier also said I would not have a problem with humidity. Dec 1 2025 had another company come out and used same solution and said I had three types of mold. You can see the before and after pictures where there was mold and now it is gone. Dec 8 I had encapsulation done with a new sump pump. The installer said the old sump pump wasn’t installed correctly. 1. Sump pump casing was too high 2. Discharge pipes on the ground in crawlspace with no freeze protection 3. Pump turns on but no water has discharged outside Pipes are probably clogged. Do Not use Servall for crawlspace. They did a bad job and don’t care after they get paid even with a warranty.

I can’t say enough good things about Chris, our Servall guy! He’s very knowledgeable and has helped us out on numerous occasions with different problems at our rental property and our own home. He’s professional and I know if we ever have a problem, he’ll be there as soon as possible.

Called and got an estimate for bed bugs and was told 2-3 weeks until someone can come and spray. For $300+ dollars and with insects that bite and cause discomfort mentally and physically, three weeks is unacceptable. If you can't get someone out to give an estimate and get a reasonable response time for treatment, what is the point? No one is going to wait around for 3 weeks while they get eaten alive. If I'm willing to pay, servall should be willing to go to work immediately. Bed bugs don't wait. Why should I for that quoted price? I didn't even hear back from them. I had to call back and hear the quote and found out that they couldn't even show up for nearly a month. Either hire more exterminators or don't do quotes for weeks out on biting pests. That is unacceptable. Customers call pest control for immediate service; this isn't a sit and wait contracting job. Pest control is for immediate service. Hire more people or don't do estimates if you don't have the employees to cover your services in a reasonable amount of time. Edit: a second inspection from a different company found four adult bed bugs and eggs, which this company missed on the first round. If you want a thorough job done, don't go to this company.

This company sprayed the outside of my house 4 times and I still have tons of ants and all kind of bugs! I think they are sprying water. They said technician will contact me and for 7 days he never did! Not recommended.
