I met Ben several years ago while he was servicing my workplace. He consistently does an excellent job, so I asked him to begin servicing our home as well. He is thorough, reliable, and always attentive to our needs.

We had such a wonderful experience with McGee Pest Control today! Seth serviced my grandmother’s home, and I cannot say enough great things about him. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient throughout the entire visit. We initially missed his knock, and instead of just moving on, he went to take care of his other customers and then came back to make sure my grandmother was taken care of, that alone speaks volumes about his professionalism and character. What truly stood out was how he treated my grandmother. He took the time to listen to her stories and never made her feel rushed. His kindness and respect meant so much to our family. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but genuinely cares about people. Seth is an absolute gem, and McGee Pest Control is lucky to have him! Highly recommend!

We have been using McGee’s for years now. We had used a different company after moving into our home but the service and technician left us feeling violated. We called McGee’s when we continued to have issues with spiders. They sent Ben out to help us. Ben had our spider problem under control in no time! We have been extremely satisfied with McGee’s and especially our technician, Ben. He is extremely thorough, professional and friendly. We appreciate that Ben will contact us before coming to the house to make sure it’s a good time. We use McGee’s for all our general pest control and termite inspections.

I texted the number from the website to set up an appointment, within 15 minutes I received a call from Jeff. He was very personable and delivered quality customer service. He was able to get Ben out here within a week to take care of us. Ben came out today and he was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I truly felt like he took his time making sure every inch was sprayed in the inside and out. Looking forward to seeing our spider problem vanish!

There onsite work is very good, but their office service is the worst I have ever seen. You cannot call the office directly. Your call is forwarded to a main office in TN. I have now asked 3 times for a billing notification. Twice I emailed the sender of the notification of date due and once I called and was confirmed by the main office that they "would forward it to the correct person". Still haven't seen it. Their office coordination is horrible. I no longer use McGhee for my pest control services.

We asked for help in killing moles which had invaded our newly laid mulch. Nice young man came out in a few days and attempted to kill them with carbon monoxide treatment. He said he would check back in 5 or 6 days to see the results of his four hours of work. The next day we saw many more tunnels and called to have someone come back out. No one came out. No one called. It’s been over two weeks and we have still not heard from anyone. But I see they cashed the $200 the same day he was here. I would not recommend this company.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a minor problem so the first spray cleared it up.

This company consists of workers that steal directly from the company as employees will disappear for hours. With no employees actually working (even though they are on the clock) quality of work is poor. Company is aware of employees actions and continue to provide this service. I wouldn’t recommend.
