I have used Pest Guard for over 3 years. They are excellent. They tell you if after treatment something isn’t working or pops up to reach out. Thanks to them, not only have I had follow treatments, they have also removed a ground nest of wasps. They offer bait traps for mice. Each treatment they let me know what the noticed. I highly recommend them. So happy I had a huge infestation of stink bugs that motivated me to find help. I try to work with local small businesses as much as possible. They provide great service.

As a 25 year old woman, it can be scary to hire these types of services, but Bo is very kind, informative, and knowledgeable. They also understand the urgency of pest situations and are very responsive and quick to fit you in their schedule. No need to compare other pest control businesses, I’ll be using them as long as I live in NKY!

I like this service because the owner is directly involved. The service techs arrive on time and offer suggestions but are never pushy. I’ve never needed any follow up service but they always remind me to call if there are any issues. The techs have been knowledgeable and consistent. It’s nice to see the same person each visit. Employee turnover is very low.

Rick has always done a great job protecting our rentals from mice, and termites. Just had our home we moved to and previous homeowner had never had home treated. We were also having a wasp problem that he treated for. He treated not only our home but a detached garage

Living in an old house in the country, mice and other critters are expected. But Pest Guard has kept us almost mouse-free for over 5 years. Staff is friendly, and on time and really listen to the client. They happily return to redo the treatment if customer isn’t satisfied with results.

Was very excited to work with this company based on the reviews. Someone contacted me and said they would put me on the schedule. I was coming from out of town and they basically ghosted me and due to time constraints was unable to schedule another company. I would also like to add based on your response. You did not apologize to me by email or text. I heard NOTHING. I would have understood. I was ghosted end of story
