Service for carpenter ants and general bug extermination. Service just provided so no results yet. My 5 stars are for the representative that came. Friendly, helpful and courteous. I did not get his name but the company should be proud of this young man.

Maykel, our Technician was courteous with his text message letting us know that we would be getting scheduled service at the beginning of the day, and followed up with a personal text and pictures of the bait boxes and his analysis of how the treatment was working. Great follow up.

I missed him when he was here. But he left a report and answered questions I had by text.

I’ve had this and several other Greenix services for approximately a year now, and I wanted to share my concerns regarding the value and effectiveness of the service. While I appreciate the efforts of your team, I feel that the cost of the services does not align with the results I have experienced. Throughout the past year, I have continued to see a significant wasp and bee presence around my property, which was one of the primary issues I hoped the service would address. Despite regular treatments, I have not noticed a meaningful reduction in these pests, and the ongoing activity has left me disappointed with the overall outcome. Given the amount I have invested in these services, I expected more noticeable and lasting results. At this point, I am concerned that the service is not meeting my expectations, and I would like to end my service. Every employee that I worked with was a pleasure to work with.

Michael came out today to service my home and he was so kind! He did a quick efficient job and answered any and all questions I had with ease. When he left, I felt very satisfied that my house would be back to normal in no time. 10/10 would recommend

Caleb came out and took care of a large hornets nest on the corner of my house. He sprayed in and outside for pests. Very patient, professional, and quick.

Great guys! They came early the next day, treated for everything. Told a friend about them and she has already scheduled them. What a relief! Nate was wonderful: quick, knowledgeable, and was a super guy!
