I think the owner is great and has a passion for continuing to learn about the best practices for pest management. It did take them longer to get to my issue, however I feel the wait was worth it. After the service rep came out, he verified quickly that I actually had squirrels in my attic, and not bats. He took the time to show me what found, what he was going to do to fix the problem, and some preventative steps I could take around the house.
