Brandon Vair was extremely friendly and did a wonderful job. He checked all areas for me and removed all nests he found. I feel that the service of every three months is very reasonable and once those start, I will provide a review of how well it works for all the bugs and mosquitoes.

Very disappointed in service. We were charged over $800 for a service tech to come and help get rid of an animal that was residing in our wall but they were unable to get rid of it . The actual labor of cutting the drywall and patching the drywall had to be done by someone else because they couldn’t do it. The service tech only put a cage in and did not even give us a guarantee that the animal would be caught. We were also told that we would be charged more if we wanted the service tech to come and check the cage again. We ended up having to call another pest control service to come and help us get rid of the animal.

The whole team here at Queen of Cars cant say enough about black diamond pest control!!!!!! Eric is our service tech and let me just say THANK YOU JESUS!!! We had an invasion of bird mites coming from the roof and he fixed it in 2 trips!!!
