We needed an exterminator for our home this year. After spending a couple days calling multiple places (many not responding and the ones who did were very rude, even the local ones), I was lucky enough to come across BCPC Exterminating. They have been amazing from the start! Speaking with Daniella providing great customer service, offering me scheduling as soon as possible (cancelation for an appointment the next day) explaining all details for everything I asked. The prices have been very reasonable as well. The next day for our appointment, our Technician Ethan was such a great guy! Provided amazing services, very respectful ensuring communication to my husband and myself for all details throughout, and confirming all information for future reference as well. Would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you Ethan, and BCPC!

After Terminix made an appointment but then failed to show up, claiming they couldn't find it in their system after I sent screenshots, I called BCPC. They quickly answered the phone and got someone out to my house within an hour of calling them to conduct the inspection. Adam was extremely friendly and professional throughout the inspection. The inspection cost was about $150 cheaper than what Terminix would have charged. I would recommend BCPC for any needs that may arise. Outstanding service.

My wife had noticed something below the bedroom window. We called BCPC to come out and let us know what our problem was, Adam was the one who came to our home and right off confirmed what we had thought, termites. Adam explained what needed to be done after his inspection of the crawl space. BCPC took very good care of our concerns & home, we would definitely recommend them to family & friends. My apartment management called these guys to come out for me for a termite problem. The guy who came out was EXTREMELY informative! Confirmed my concerns, told me how to know, what to look for, and how they are going to treat. Highly recommend this company!

They did a great job getting rid of a huge drain gant problem for us as well as fleas. It was a little more pricey than other company's we called but we are super satisfied with the results. They were very friendly and it didn't take long for them to treat our property.

We had a terrible roach problem after several trailers across the road were torn down. We tried all sorts of home treatments and did any prevention we could to no avail. We we're recommended this company by family who swore by them. Ethan was the person who sprayed and has been respectful, informative and very nice each time he has come out. Their techniques are a bit different and though we were skeptical after the 1st month when we only saw a slight decline in the number of bugs, we listened to Ethan's advice of cleanup after the next treatment and it was almost night and day in just a few days. When calling the office to pay, speaking with Danielle is always a pleasure and quick. I will sing this companies praises till the cows come home, keep money with small businesses not corporations.

I gave a review on Google I believe it was and you replied and pretty much told me I lied. I know what happened. And let me tell you I was not giving a price. I was told I would not have to pay anything that day.

I called these people because I thought I found termites. I told her that I had had problems with spiders before but I had finally got rid of them but one day I might need them for that. I was concerned about the termites because I did not have a lot of money at the time. And I was only wondering how much the termites my cost that way I could save up and be able to afford it. This lady assured me that I would owe nothing they were only giving me a estimate. So when they got here their biggest concern was to spray. Didn't make sense but okay whatever she said I did not owe them that day. Well when he was finished I had to pay him $115 that day I can't sign up for a package for the year so I had to what else could I do? So they came and sprayed for bugs and spiders which I did not have. But I did have bees on my front porch so at least they got rid of something.. at least that is what I thought. Oh yeah they told me after I paid them almost every dollar I had, that they could come back and spray for termites for 244.00. that is the only reason I called them in the first place. I didn't want to say anything. I felt stupid. I wasn't going to say a word. Until I was weed eating and I got stung 8 times on my head. I didn't even realize how many other times I had been stung on my body. But yeah don't get these people! I guess my house is it going to end up destroyed because of termites. I will never ever pay an exterminator again

Great local owned Company. They have given us great service over the last 4 years.

The service was very through. Hopefully this will take care of them. If not I am sure they will be able to rid our yard of these pesky varmits.

Chris was a very courteous gentlemen. He was on-time, did a fine job inspecting under the house, and gave us the “ok” for another year as bug-free. He even helped me remove a snapping turtle in the crawl space opening!

Our home inspector recommended this company for our termite inspection in February of ‘22 and our property passed with flying colors. Imagine my surprise when we had our deck replaced last week and discovered a long term infestation that had damaged the support beam to our home. I reached back out to this company for assistance and didn’t even get a call back. They just asked if I wanted them to come and treat my home. If you’re in the market for an inspection, be cautious if you use this company.

Ethan did a nice job. He was pleasant and focused on his work. He listened well and covered the special areas I look to have done. I did notice the monthly fee went up- I was not made aware of that! A side question - I would like to find out if I could buy some of the mole killer worms to fix a mole problem? I have a dog and have to be careful where they are placed in the holes! Please advise!

Scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday morning for them to come out and give us an estimate. Called in about appointment and was told it was on a Thursday afternoon and when I tried to disagree they argued with me and told me I was wrong they don't come to Louisville on Wednesday. So I said ok, see you on Thursday. That was weeks ago, they never showed up and never bothered to reach out to reschedule or anything.

I never contacted this business in any way. To have them service my address and today I received a bill for 60 dollars in the mail from them. How can you bill someone if they never knew the company existed?

They don't spray your house good like they would do any place they live

DO NOT use this company! They deducted $500 out of my account instead of $50 for a termite inspection! My loan is in the underwriting process, so doesn’t look good for my account to be over-drafted! They informed me it would be “a couple of days” to be refunded to my account. And how was this no caught when daily reports are ran for accounting???? Makes me wonder if they did see it and just tried to keep the profit!
