Unreliable. I should’ve listened to what people said about technicians not showing up for appointments. I set up an appointment for this morning, they said the technician will be at my house between 8-10 am. They sent me an email confirmation, so I called them at 9 am just to make sure he will show up, a lady answered and said she could not get a hold of the technician but he will be there. Derek Drake came to home and it was supposed to be a “free checkup” he spent 2 minutes walking around my house and then sat in his car for 20 minutes and didn’t move.
