So very disappointed in this company. I've been stuck using them for about a year now. When the sales guy came by and sold me on a two year contract he told me that they could work with my schedule and have services performed after 5pm when i get off work. Bait and Switch! Don’t fall for their door to door sales tactics. They sell you a bill of goods and when you “acknowledge “ the first appointment on their IPhone you are signing a contract you can’t read or get a copy of. Wish 0 stars could be a thing. Was told by a technician after 2 services and no help that the spray they suggest does not kill brown recluse. After 6 months of trying to cancel my echoshield account I still have people showing up for services. I keep getting transfered to different lines telling me my echoshield is canceled just to have someone knock on my door here for service. Fed up with Echoshield. Do not suggest this place one bit. Technicians are great. Customer service is horrid.
