Did some work which was good, never showed up or even called to schedule other work. When I called (again) to get an update (after both prior estimates of wait times had long since passed), they had apparently scheduled several other work orders in my area, but clearly mine was an afterthought. There are other companies that can do good work and actually show up. Send your business there.

We had 2 Ryan tree trimmers come to trim our Maple 🍁. They rolled in and got to work, one was trimming from the ground and the other just physically climbed right up the tree 🌳. The finished tree was great, the area was cleaned up beyond expectation. Thanks 😊

Poor service. Our lawn has gotten worse over the five years we have been with Ryan. They’ve had a lot of turnover and believe we are simply a “house account”. They are very expensive compared to others and the results they produce are sub-par.

I wanted to share a good experience with these folks again this week. I have used Ryan Lawn for many years for lawn and tree work. Last week they carefully removed a large Bradford Pear Tree from my back yard. Unfortunately, a piece of equipment they were using left tar on my driveway that no one noticed until the next day. I called Ryan and was told thanks for calling and they would send someone out to look at the situation. Someone was out the next morning, and two days later, the Company had a worker out with solvent and a pressure washer to clean up the problem. It took about three hours but he was meticulous in completely fixing the issue. I have learned through the years that not every job can always go as planned, and the plan for this job was disrupted by a very hot day with asphalt work being done in the area. Ryan stands behind their work and I appreciate that ethos that runs through their culture.

Came out quickly to give me an estimate on cutting down 11 trees, but never got the estimate to me. I don’t know if the job was just too big, I called and left a message to follow up but never heard back.

Solid company. The people go above and beyond. They are nice and knowledgeable and they do the little extras. They know how to get and keep business. They aren't pushy, they are helpful, and kind. I can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend them. They are fast to respond to inquiries too. And the staff who answer the phone have good customer service skills as well.

Ryan Lawn differentiates itself from would be competitors in many ways. While many other lawn services will come up with a “plan” over the phone based on a satellite image, Ryan Lawn came and inspected our grass and talked through our issues in person to come up with a custom renovation plan. They’re a one stop shop, it’s nice to have landscaping, irrigation, drainage and lawn all under one roof.

End result is exactly what we envisioned and was completed on time and within budget scope. Our project manager, Matt E has excellent communication skills and provided daily recaps as well as checking in to clarify specific project details. He explained how the irrigation system worked and set us up with the app, making it extremely easy to understand and use. Matt has great vision for best practices in landscaping and offered creative suggestions and improvements throughout the project. When the trencher leaked oil all over our property, Matt informed us immediately and committed to thorough cleaning of the concrete and other affected areas. When we asked for a few touchups at the end of the project he completed them quickly and adequately. Matt is professional and friendly. He has a trustworthy and hard-working demeanor. We have already recommended Matt to a friend of ours who needs help with an existing irrigation system.

Ryan trimmed 5 of my trees yesterday. The consult was easy to set up, they communicated well at the time of appointment, their tree trimmers did a great job and cleaned up well, and they even averted my dog when I accidentally let her out. Would use them again, the trees look great!

Even though we have used this tree service before they refused to help us. Their customer care was terrible. The information they had on us was for my dead mother in law who has never lived here or used their services. We have! Yet David refused to listen and just shut me down.

Hired Ryan Lawn & Tree last fall to spray a pine tree, crabapple and ornamental pears this spring. The time has come and gone to make the first and most important spray for scab and cedar apple rust on the crabapple. I called the Ryan office to verify that my trees were on their schedule and they confirms all trees were schedule. I later got a call back from their applicator stating that he would spray the pine tree next week. I stated it was almost too late to spray the crabapple and questioned whether it would be affective. He reviewed his work order and said the only tree he had on his schedule was the pine tree. This lack of communication between the business office and field applicators is very disappointing and extremely poor customer services. I would not recommend them to others.
