Everything went fine. I put this suggestion in last review, but nothing has changed: It’d be helpful to get advance notice when employee will come to house because we have 2 dogs! Surely employees have schedules, so it shouldn’t be that hard!

Sandy and another lady I spoke to at Augustine Exterminators was very very rude. I called a few weeks later after spending hundreds of dollars to get rid of a list of insects/spiders etc. There has been many insects and spiders since and I told them I took pictures of them all and don’t think whatever they sprayed is working and they said they will not come back out without a $75 charge I stated I didn’t want to pay that much when it clearly isn’t working and I’m happy to show them the pictures etc and they said they didn’t care and I signed the agreement. They don’t care if their services work or not or if customers are happy it’s all about money. Please don’t use this company

Dave was here two days ago for swarming ants. Two days later they are swarming again. I have tried to call the company, but their phone system keeps giving me a recording that doesn't allow me to recoed the probelm. This was a total rip off of $180!

Ausgustine only uses the highest quality products available on the market--we never use generic products or lesser quality materials. There is nothing wrong with the materials that were used to complete your service. In addition, one of our most experienced technicians did the work. I know he identified the initial source of your problem and he meticulously treated your home. Unfortunately, pest control is not always an exact science and a "one and done" service is not realistic in some cases -- the solution in some instances can be a process, as we attempted to explain to you. Finally, your continued use of over-the-counter pheromone traps, which we advised against, most likely exacerbated your problem, and worked against what we were doing to remedy the situation.

I've been using this company for about 2 years now. Service has been going down since then and I was ready to find a new company when they just showed up and sprayed. I had no notice, no appointment and then when I asked them to spray the basement, it only took about 3 minutes. There is no way he sprayed the basement. We have spiders all over the basement and I imagine he just sprayed the unfinished storage area. In regards to the exterior, he carries a brush to knock down spider webs. The stair railing was still covered with webs after he finished. He did the inside railing, but completely left the webs on the exterior railing. Previously, I have asked for at least 24 hrs notice, but that seems to be disregarded. We live in a gated community and guests must be put on a list with a specific date or we get a phone call. One of the last appointments, I got a call while they were on their way - I was in China and thankfully looked at my voicemail in the middle of the night. Going to find a new company.

We do reach out to all of our quarterly customers via email several weeks prior to your scheduled visit asking you to contact our office to let us know if an appointment is required for service or if additional attention is needed inside, etc. We do not have any record of you contacting our office to arrange an appointment? Typically, a standard quarterly service will be an exterior only treatment unless we are advised of interior issues that need to be addressed. If you are not receiving our email notifications, perhaps we have an incorrect email address on file for you. A member of our management team did try to reach out to you after we received your feedback. It's always our goal to ensure customer satisfaction. Negative 10 stars actually……. Lee came to my home to give me an estimate on termite prevention, and we agreed upon a service plan. Next, three different guys came to my home who tried to talk me out of the agreed upon service, not for a cheaper service but one that was easier for them to do. I had clearly explained before that the ulterior treatment would not work for me because i have dogs that would dig up the containers with poison in them. One of the three men, who said he was a manager, complained about Lee’s estimate being way too low for the job and he was coming up with ideas, one was to drill way outside my wall in my yard nowhere near my house as opposed to treating the area right around my house where there is a patio, and termites would actually be exposed to the treatment. I said I wanted to stick with the original agreement. Within 10 minutes they drill into a water pipe. The remainder of my day was spent waiting for a plumber and trying to figure out how I’m going to fix this colossal mess they’ve created. This is on my back stoop where my dogs go in and out their dog door. My stoop is a very expensive and hard to match exposed aggregate, which will now have to be jack hammered out to fix the plumbing they drilled a hole in. Yeah your worst nightmare!!!! There is no way they don’t have a means of preventing this from happening like using an interrupter on their drill perhaps?! They drill out concrete every day for this job, this makes no sense. So this is a Thursday, day before a holiday weekend. Nothing’s getting done for at least 5 days. So beyond the MAJOR hassle of getting this fixed, time, inconvenience, nowhere to put my dogs, etc. etc.etc. I ended up with no termite treatment at all. In my experience with reviews, pay attention to the bad ones, that’s closer to the reality. If you’re reading this, good luck finding an exterminator, really bad things can happen you’d never expect!

They are thieves that prayed on a couple during one of the most important/stressful times in there life, buying a home. Terminix missed the last quarterly check and couldn't get to out before closing and so the current home owner called Augustine out for a quick inspection and treatment. Since they knew we needed it right then. They charged the owner $777.27 to install 12! round grey bait stations around the property and 1 year of service on the property for termites. This house is 1,300 sqft. They installed 4 in front of the house. They did not put them under the "4 foot off the ground" porch in the back yard against the house or near the wood they suggested be removed since it can attract termites. NONE of this was treatment but the opposite. It was food for termites. When we asked why. They said they check them and when they see termite damage they replace the food with poison and that wipes out the colony. After we purchased the home. We called to inquire what needed to be done to remove the bait stations from the property. They said nothing. It was normal and leave them. We said that is not going to fly with us and we did not want to look at them in front of the home. So we informed them that we are going to remove them anyways. They said do what you want and that was it. Fast forward 4 months later. We haven't seen or heard from them on our quarterly service. They said the warranty is void and they wont be out to service the property. We have a one year service contract with them and no place in the terms does it state that it is voiding the warranty to remove bait stations. It is all in writing and will be pursuing legal route. Just STAY AWAY. They know how to take advantage and will do it. I gave them another chance before taking my complaint online. They still refused to service the property and honor the contract and no refund would be issued. So yeah. Good luck dealing with them. JUST FYI those bait stations are supposed to be installed 12 ft apart to be effective. They put them 5-8 ft apart to just rack the bill up. The technician that did this was some kind of manager. We live on a small lot less than 1/3 of an acre.

We take customer service seriously and we do not take it lightly when the company's integrity is brought into question. I will never use Augustine again. During a specialized treatment at my home, l discovered that some of the areas to be covered in the treatment were left untreated. When I approached Augustine about this concern, I was talked "Down" to by one of the Vice President's at the Company who assumed I had the intelligence of a five year old. I assume he felt he could talk to me this way because I was a female. He wouldn't dare talk down to a man in this manner. After many, many years with this company, I will take my business elsewhere.

Being the individual that tried to address your concerns, I would say that you were never talked down to and were given the utmost respect. Unfortunately, my cordiality was not reciprocated and I was told to "listen to you!" Prior to you hanging up on me, you based your assessment of our service on the lack of "chemical" smell throughout your home. I tried to explain that modern chemicals don't always have an odor (which our customers appreciate) but you abruptly ended our conversation. We didn't get this far into the conversation, but I can assure you that we completed a thorough, in-depth treatment for your issue. Best of luck to you in the future.

I feel the need to remind you all that when traveling in other jurisdictions, despite what you may believe, you do not in fact own the road.

Worst Professional company ever. After spending over 45 minutes discussing about what all service and yearly plans they offer on 15th June 2017, Traci fixed an appointment for today 16th June between 2 - 5 PM. The agent who was to visit us calls in the morning and says their services are not cheap and we should stick to the cheapest quote. OMG...without even visiting and looking at house and recommending what all the services we need, the only thing this guys talks about is MONEY MONEY and MONEY. After waiting for whole day, the agent who was suppose to visit per appointment send a TEXT at 3:30 PM saying he is not coming and we should go with the cheapest quote. Spoke to the Manager - Jason and he kept re-iterating the same thing "our services are not cheap and we should consider going with the cheaper quotes". Imagine this kind of highly unprofessional and unapologetic behavior to potential new customers. I recommend NOT TO CALL OR USE THEM at all. We totally wasted our entire day, time and effort attempting to give business to them. I am happy that it ended here else it could have ended in severe BAD Services and yearly contract causing more troubles to us later. STAY AWAY from such a company who is always talking about cheap or expensive service and does not even care to honor their commitments.
