Hired Schendel to take care of a mole/vole problem in the yard. They billed by the quarter for the service, in which a technician only came out 3 times in 1.5mo and the problem was not corrected or improved in any way. After that, they sent a tech to follow up right after the start of the second billing cycle, just to collect that quarter's payment. Our technicians have always been great. They were fantastic!! It’s the fact that the contract states they will come out and spray inside so many times a year. They haven’t met those requirements but still continue to charge for their services. If you can’t fulfill your obligations, don’t expect me to pay. My last in person visit was November 2023.
