I’ve now been a customer for several years. First and foremost our technician has always shown up on time for quarterly treatments and always gives a heads up when on the way. I’ve never once had to remind them of routine service. And I greatly appreciate the fact that our price has not changed in those several years! Had a great experience with Midwest Pest Management! Rene showed up right on time for my inspection and was incredibly polite and professional. He walked me through everything in great detail and was super informative without ever being pushy about services — which I really appreciated, especially since I have a stone foundation. He even took care of a mouse that had gotten caught in one of my traps, which was above and beyond. Highly recommend!
