I made the mistake of going with this big well known company because well there has to be a reason they’re so well known. They come to my house 4 times and the problem only gets worse. I told them multiple times I no longer wanted to continue. After missed appointments and no one calling back when they said they would, absolutely no improvement. If you want a company that doesn't show up when they are supposed to and tell you one price and charge you different, then this is the company for you. Nothing but trouble since we signed up. We got told a price and that it included the first spray and a follow up but then get charged for the follow up and then twice ore that we still haven't figured out. We are now on the second time that we have been told someone would be out to spray and never showed up. Cancel your plans and wait all day
