They came out to inspect my house almost right away and for no charge to look for any signs of a bat a couple months ago. I cannot recommend them enough. Kind, professional and he gave me so much information on rabies and just bats in general.

Great experience, Corey has been out twice and gave me an honest assessment, didn’t try to up sell me to services that were not needed. Made very simple fixes to alleviate my problems by sealing up some gaps and putting fencing on vents. Would highly recommend.

Contacted Corey at Bats and Bugs because we had a bat enter our house through the patio door last night. Although this company does not normally remove bats that have already found their way into the home, Corey was very accommodating and stopped by this afternoon to remove the bat. Since I was able to get the bat confined to a small bathroom before he arrived, I thought it would be pretty routine for someone who is familiar with bats. Unfortunately, when Corey entered the bathroom, the bat had already sealed his own fate by flying into the shower wall and falling down into the tub. Since bats aren’t able to fly up like birds or crawl up a porcelain tub, Corey suspects the bat found his way into the bathtub/shower drain and will eventually wind up in the sewer system. I had no idea about any of these bat characteristics before Corey’s visit. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t charge me anything for the service call. I will definitely recommend Bats and Bugs for anyone who is trying to mitigate a bat or bug problem in their home. Thanks again, Corey!

I can’t say enough good things about Bats and Bugs Pest Solutions! Corey first came out to remove bats from my office, then again from the basement, which is when it finally clicked that maybe, just maybe, the nighttime noises and surprise bat appearances weren’t just a quirky coincidence. He did a thorough inspection and clearly explained how they were getting in. Turns out, denial is not an effective pest control strategy! Bats and Bugs Pest Solutions provided a fair estimate and walked me through exactly how they would seal multiple potential entry points around the home — including checking the chimney and attic fan on my very steep roof. Since they completed the work, which included installing a one-way bat door so the bats could leave without being harmed, (so that’s how they do it!) I haven’t had a single bat issue. It’s been such a relief not to wonder what’s flapping around after dark. I truly appreciated their thoroughness, professionalism, and good humor throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I won't use anyone else. They were able to come out the next day to inspect for bat infestation. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained how bats can get in, etc. My situation turned out to be a one-time bat visit and not an infestation, so the technician did Not recommend that their services were needed. So no charge for inspection. An honest company!

It’s rare one is drawn aback by the professionalism and above and beyond customer service of a pest removal company but that is exactly what happened! Through the years I’ve dealt with several and this was the first company to far exceed my expectations. Our techs name was Steve and he was thorough and very personal. He explained the treatment and made us feel comfortable. They will be our first and last call from here on out. Job well done guys!

I was having major bat issues in my attic and Anthony came out and found 2 holes in my roof where the bats were getting in and installed one way traps. I even had some concerns after and they came back on 2 occasions at no extra charge. I’m very happy with the service and I would highly recommend this company to others for bat issues.

Corey of Bats and Bugs Pest Solutions came out today to inspect our roof for possible animal egress points after we found raccoon scat under one of the eaves. Finding none, he promptly called and said so, said there was no charge, and that if we ever did hear any possible animal noises in the attic to give him a call and someone would be out immediately. Great customer service and you can be sure, if we do ever need and pest removal, Bats and Bugs will be our first call.
