Payton was our technician, He is a keeper. Someone made a very wise hiring decision. This fella knows his stuff, sooooo personable. Just delightful. It’s such an ugly mean world right now and to have someone come to your house who really just cares about what he’s doing and the environment and my big crazy dogs and I’m just so impressed with Diam. I was when I lived in WDM. And again living in Grimes. I do not care for the bugs and Diam makes it stop. In a good sensible don’t hurt my dogs and other things if possible. Customer since 1992!

As an apartment manager I appreciate Diam and everything they do for pest control. Scheduling is simple and our regular technician Troy does a fantastic job at helping us control and eliminate unwanted pests. In fact, they are so great I signed up for quarterly treatments in my own home. I strongly recommend Diam, definitely worth the money. Ask for Troy when you call, he's extremely thorough and has excellent customer service skills!

Staff came out and sprayed our property for pest control and also placed a mouse trap. They were courteous and took care not to get spray on windows.

Brian is professional in the service he provides. If he will be late, he lets us know, but that has happened rarely. He accepts our directions about where we want him to spray and where we do not want him to spray. He always--always!--advises us to contact him if any critter evidence should materialize. He is thorough, so that never happens. One anecdote supports his knowledge of his business. Several years ago we were plagued with fruit flies. He showed me how to clean out the drain in the kitchen sink and how to put on the counter a partially enclosed container of red wine. The fruit flies, fans of red wine, could get in but they could not get back out. We have had no sightings of fruit flies ever since. Yay!

This is the company managing pest control at many Indigo properties including Meadowlark in Grimes. I started seeing bugs my first night in my apartment and told them right away and DIAM is who was sent to my building. They supposedly found several problem apartments in my building after I complained and they did inspections and were "taking care of them" and also CLEARED my apartment 3 times although I was sending pictures regularly of roaches in my building and apartment. They left traps with bugs in them and didn't spray twice which allowed the problem to continue to grow for a month. Lazy and unprofessional. Even after my property manager supposedly addressed the issue with them not being thorough they still left traps with bugs in them even leaving one on top of my counter.

Diam has done excellent work. They came to my house on time. He had explained what he would be doing, he asked me what I wanted done. I felt very comfortable having him in my house. I was having problems with flies and mice. I have not seen any more mice droppings and the flies are very few. I would recommend this company.

Kia is always on time and so patient with us gathering which apartments we need her to go into. She is so friendly and fun to talk to. We can always count on the confirmation emails and prompt service. They also give great feedback!
