I got a little mouse problem. My sister claims she's friends with the owner and strongly recommended I give them business. I called them up several times last year and I kept getting someone on the phone that simply told me how to take care of the problem myself and then followed up with saying they finished their house call services for the year and that I should call next year. Now that it's next year, I called and they said the exact same things to me again. I pointed this out to the person on the phone and he acted a little bothered and said he supposes he come over and help and I felt obligated to decline because it seemed like I was causing an inconvenience.

Had a great experience with Jeff today! Came over quick addressed the problem and was honest and fair would definitely recommend !!
