The cancellation process is awful, and managers Angela and Brittany are NOT helpful. Also, I dont think it works... We’ve used Fenix for almost a year now and it has significantly helped with our ant problem! We’ve had Brendyn as the tech the last few times and he’s efficient and great about asking us for what we need. I do wish we could receive notice ahead of time before Fenix comes out. The last couple of times they just showed up at our door unexpectedly. What if we hadn’t been home? We need a text/call beforehand.
