Website description inaccurate. 1. He did not come prepared. 2. He did not place any mouse traps/bait in or outside the house. 3. He did not have caulk, caulk gun or steel wool. He asked if we had any and used what we had. (Bathroom caulk) which did not hold in the area he put it. I had to clean and recall the areas myself. 4. Do not feel like he inspected the house thoroughly. 5. Did not come back for another treatment after we called him to do so. We would not recommend this business to anyone. Very dissatisfied.
