the guy was very rude and short. why are you so grumpy answering the phone at your own job? could have used some information but felt as i couldn’t even get words out .

I would recommend Midwest Animal and Post Control to anyone and everyone! Ed and his team of professionals are the absolute best! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and skilled at their craft. Upon discovery of bats in my attic I was immediately panicked. I called, explained my situation, and they were over to assess and identify a plan within 24 hours. I had a similarly positive experience when an ant situation appeared out of nowhere in my kitchen. These folks are the real deal! Incredibly fast response time and quality work! In the event I have any other pest problems in the future I will not hesitate to call Ed and his team!

I called this company to get some idea of how to eliminate bats from my home. The person who answered the phone was rude and condescending. Attempted to describe my situation and was cut off with an abundance of attitude. Will never use this service. Will only recommend not to use them.

When our technician tried to explain that bat proofing needed to be done from the outside of the house, you hung up the phone.
