Hands down, working with "yes " Pest Control has been one of the most satisfying homeowner experiences I've had in 43 years. We had a curated colony of over 50 bats in our Belfrey, that flew out nightly. Unfortunately in our hundred year-old home they also started making their way through the cracks and crevices of the walls. Over the years I didn't mind catching them, but At my age that became too much effort. Adding grandchildren to the mix made the situation a bit precarious so we had to have them removed.YES PEST CONTROL WITH MIKE AND ETHAN came and spent an afternoon sealing off every crevice of our attic, and the outside of our home at every exit and entry point possible. I was impressed with their thoroughness and over the course of 2 to 3 months the Bats stopped coming, and over that time Mike called to follow up and make sure things were good. I was thankful for the consistency of attention, and I spoke to the same people every time. Their level of professionalism and kindness from beginning to end allows me to recoomend them over and over.

Called during business hours to inquire about services for my pest problem. No one answered. I left a voicemail with all my info. No one ever returned my call. Its been 3 weeks. I decided to go with a different company.

I first called YES 3 years ago to solve a carpenter ant problem. Their guy found the source in minutes and they haven't been back since. The following spring, I started with their quarterly pest control service on the exterior our our house, as well as down in the crawlspace. haven't seen a spider since. This year i bumped it up to bi-monthly, for no reason other than additional peace of mind

I will always recommend Yes Pest to anyone who needs pest control services. We heard noises in our attic and called another company before calling Yes Pest. Both companies did the same exact inspection. The first company (not Yes Pest) charged me $130 for an inspection and told me that I had a mouse infestation in my attic and that we needed to spend over $2,000 on a roof installation to keep field mice out of the roof. This did not even include the $70 monthly cost for the bate boxes. Yes Pest came the next day and performed their FREE inspection. They said that the roof openings could be fixed with a little bit of caulk and that they only found a couple of mice runs in the attic. Ethan offered affordable options to correct our issues and was very professional. We appreciate the honesty and will always use Yes Pest in the future.

Jeremy Taylor from YES really impressed us today with his professionalism and knowledge about insect control. He was very honest and told us that there was no need for a treatment at this time. He must have spent an hour with us. He gave us lots of great advice about pest control. I have no reservations recommending this company to others here in Bloomington.

Highly recommend YES for fumigation jobs. I called them for an inspection on a Friday and they had the tent up on Tuesday. Price was a little expensive - since there aren't many other companies that fumigate in Bloomington - but still reasonable.

Fast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend. A big thank you to Jeremy for taking care of my bird problem.

This business is a scam. I called 3 times asking for all of my services to be cancelled, yet still received invoices for work I hadn’t ordered. One of the invoices was even future dated - charging me for services I did not order well ahead of the date of actual service. I highly recommend using a different provider and avoiding Yes altogether.
