Recieved a false 18k quote from Orkin then had Economy come and give it a full check. They serviced it and gave me the peace of mind that it wasn't indeed a big problem - for $200 dollars! 10/10 would recommend!

Was having a remodel done on my house and the contractor found carpenter ants along one wall. Called economy and they sent out a technician. The tech said he didnt know what the cost would be. He sprayed one wall and put some granules on the ground. Received the bill and it was $350. Thank God he didn't spray all 4 walls or it would've been $1400. Get a qoute before they perform the work, or you might get a big surprise.
