Terminix

The service didn’t help to control the bugs we were seeing in the house. Constantly change appointment times/dates without informing the customer. They no called/no showed 3 separate times. Waited 3 weeks to get someone out on contract which we already paid for. They kept changing the date and time and never ended up coming out. Cancelled our service. I see Terminex has a blanketed response to email their customer service rep but I have talked to the reps repeatedly already with no resolve…why

I signed up for an annual plan with Terminix by way of door to door salesperson soon after buying a home. After going back and forth we agreed to a package that made the most sense to me and set up an initial service date and time. That morning came and went with no call and no show from a service provider. After calling Terminix they said they’d reach out and were unable to get a hold of the service provider or anyone at the office. The next day I called back to get an explanation and Terminix

UPDATE AT BOTTOM Called to pay a bill 2 months after the service, I was told the service would be charged automatically after completion (that’s why they ask for you credit card info right?). Asked to speak with a supervisor, was told I’d be placed on hold but was hung up on. When I finally called back and got ahold of a manager I discovered that they went ahead and charged my card after I was hung up on. Still fighting this to try to recoup some of the cost from a spray that has ants still in
