They let you know via text when to expect them and keep you informed of what they do throughout the appt. and take photos of treated areas. They listen to what you're pest concerns are and try to help. However, my pests remained a big problem up until the weather got cold enough. I have been using Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care for several years now and have been highly satisfied with their service. The technicians are very respectful of my property and if I have any questions, they always are happy to answer them. My lawn, shrubs and evergreens always looks great and I never have to worry about weeds, insects, mosquitos, grubs, etc. I would not use any other service and I highly recommend them!
I had Arrow spray for ants in August 2021. I signed up for the annual plan. Within 2 weeks all ants and crawly things were gone from my house. Very impressed. In May 2022 I stared seeing scout ants in my house. I called Arrow about their guarantee. I had NO problem getting them to respray at no charge. EVEN MORE IMPRESSED! I plan to renew my annual contract with them.
