We've had an unusual amount of bats getting in the house for this time of the year. John came out and went up into the attic, plus surveyed the outside for additional entry spots, and gave me a list of places to address and even recommended a handyman to call. The good news is that we didn't have the kind of problem that I was expecting, so overall it went well. John is very personable and seems to know his wildlife and the problems they can present. Brae and Chris came out for our first service in November. They did a great job clearing the webs and remnants off the house and spraying at that time. Since then, I’ve only seen one stink bug in the house, and we don’t have scads of them inside our screened in porch, where they seem to hibernate every year. Today Chris came out after we reported seeing mice in our garage. He spent quite a bit of time in the cold helping us with this problem. I appreciate their services!
