Justin is amazing! He worked with us to treat our home while we were out of town. It was important to me that anything sprayed was applied to the home while our young children were away. Not only is he extremely professional and kind, but his services are 10/10. Our home is 100 years old and we’d experienced issues with crickets and spiders in the fall/winter months. Justin treated the home and moving forward all winter, the only thing we would find would be dead bugs, none live. It made such a difference for our home!

Came out and serviced our house - we had lady beetles, stink bugs, and carpenter ants galore. I swear I have not seen one in the house since! Will be using again!

Our teeny tiny ants that invaded the master bath are gone!! We were ok co-existing when they stayed outside … but having a bunch of tiny ants hanging with you in the bathroom and crossing the mirror as you get ready was NOT ok. We called Decker Pest Control and immediately connected with Justin on the phone. He scheduled a time (did not provide an approximate window of time) and showed up on time!!! Quick, efficient & thorough. No more ant visitors. We are now on the seasonal plan and cannot wait to see what he can do to those stinky fake lady bugs. 5++++ stars!

Justin came on really short notice when we had yellow jackets in our house. He located the nest and solved the problem in about 30 minutes. We were so grateful! I will be calling Justin any time we have a pest problem.

Great service and communication even servicing on Labor Day at no extra charge! I called when I first saw a few bugs and ants and was scheduled within 2 days. Justin called ahead to confirm and was able to come 90 minutes earlier. He is very professional, neat, clean, and knowledgeable. His price was very reasonable, and I hired him to service my other properties. He set out glue traps and a few preventative mouse traps going into the cooler temps as a precaution. Overall, it was a great customer service experience!

I randomly called Decker Pest Control while searching for someone to help me with 🐝 and wasp. Going forward I will not contact anyone else. Justin was accommodating of my schedule and able to get out quickly. When he arrived he listened to all my concerns and gave me a wholistic solution that came with a 90 day warranty. Justin was attentive to detail, took the time to explain to me where the wasp like to hide, and what was being applied for treatment. Within 4 days of the treatment I began to see results! He did a good job on inside and out. Explained everything. Plus did a wonderful job on a LARGE HORNETS NEST. He said “Hornets will be deceased within 24 hours, so I waited 48 hours just to make sure. Great Job!

I had been struggling with yellow jackets for a week with a nest in the siding of my home. Justin was professional and helped me put my fears to rest. After seeing where they were-he explained the ways to handle it and chose the appropriate one for our pest control. He also came inside and sprayed, spotted where they were coming in at and gave a plan of execution. I made sure to grab a business card for my friends and family because he was top notch!
