Every Spring I get an ant invasion. From the first phone call Scott’s exterminator services was excellent. I only had to wait a day for service. He was so professional and explained my options. The next day the ants were gone.

UPDATE: The responsiveness of the staff is 10-stars. They have been an enormous help in getting rid of my moth infestation. I will be having them do spring-summer-fall lawn sprayng. The quality of the Scott's staff is outstanding. UPDATE 2: Excellent service. Checked on moth situation and took care of my quarterly session to control for posts, particularly chiggers.

Mason was very pleasant to work with. I appreciated his honesty of saying he found no termites. He gave me a quote to set up twice a year to spray for bugs and I will contact the Service come fall to begin that service.

I had a giant hornets nest. I called Scott’s pest control and the next day Scott’s pest control removed the hornet nest. The person from Scott’s pest control was professional, and knew what had to be done to fix our problem. Based on our experience I would highly recommended Scott’s pest control.

He doesn’t just spray and leave—he takes the time to make sure everything is done properly and always checks the mouse bait stations carefully. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and about providing quality service. That kind of attention to detail really matters, especially when it comes to pest control. As a local service, this company has been excellent, reliable, and professional.

We’ve had Scott’s treat our house for bugs for many years now. They are outstanding and I highly recommend them. Once we had a large ant hill in our back yard and they treated that at no extra charge. Same as when we had some mice take up residence in our attic, they took care of the problem at no extra cost. I called because I found evidence of a mouse and Scott's came out the next day. Their tech performed an inspection and explained their services, which we were able to start right away. I also asked about spider extermination and they were able to start that process same day as well. Super nice people to work with, very professional and very reasonable prices. HIghly recommend!

This was our first time using Scott’s Pest Control. I called Scott’s in the morning and was given two options for same-day service. Mason arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and gave us an estimate and completed the work in the same day. Mason stated we did not have termites and received treatment for ants. Cost was very reasonable and was able to pay online and received paid invoice statement within minutes. Due to our positive experience, we highly recommend this pest control company and will use them in the future for annual treatments.

We have been using their quarterly preventive services for over a year and have been happy with the results. They are responsive if we have an issue between regular services and we have gotten good results in reducing the presence of ants and mice in and around the house.

Poorly organized scheduling. I was scheduled for a 3:00pm appointment. No none showed. I called the office at 3:30pm. I was told that they came at 12:15 and sprayed the outside. I asked about the inside since I have a crawlspace. They had to reschedule me for another day to come back for the inside. This made me have to take off of work on two separate occasions. Not happy!

I had them come out in the fall to treat for ants. It was effective over the winter but they returned full force in March/April. I called repeatedly and left messages. I left a request on their website. They did not and have not responded at all. Very unprofessional and unacceptable business practice. Cannot recommend.
