Kirby's Termite & Pest Control, Inc.

My family has used Kirby's Termite & Pest Control for several years. We much prefer supporting local business owners over large expensive operations. Kirby is easy to work with and has never tried to upsell us on expensive treatments that we don't need. We've used him in the past to treat a rental for spiders and other bugs that come in during the cold months and have never had an issue with treatments not being effective or with them being harmful to our child or pets. We just bought our first house and found termites in the yard. Kirby came out for a free inspection and gave us some great advice. We will continue to use Kirby's for pest control in the future.

I was given an appointment for 10 am. He never showed up, didn't call, and never answered the voicemail I left. I called another person and he is on his way. Don't even bother with these folks.

We called these guys and made an appointment. They missed the appointment and did not call. So we called and left a message. They never returned the call. I do not like being blown off like this. Don’t bother with this outfit.

Same issue as Josh. And now their phone is out of service.

I called them and set up an appointment. They told me it would be tomorrow at 4. I took time off work to meet them but they didnt show. I left a voice mail and they ignored it. These guys are untrustworthy, and I recommend Terminex instead.

These guys are great. We live out in the woods so critters are a constant. In addition to solving serious problems for us, they are always willing to tell us when it's nothing to worry about or explain how to solve a minor problem ourselves. Truly good people.

We had Kirby's Termite and Pest Control come out and spray our home. They were friendly and fast. They were able to fit us in the next day and able to answer all of our questions. We will use their services again in the future.
