I have been using several of the Northwest Pest services for years. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. I have just recently added the snake service because of the possibility of increased activity due to the food supply (copperheads love Cicada). I totally trust my home to these guys!! Some services are priced on monthly and some are annual.

Northwest has been a good company to work with. There have friendly, professional staff and come when they say they are coming and are willing to treat and retreat for any problems you are having until the issues are resolved. Our most recent technician, Xavier was the nicest young man. Very pleasant and personable. The price listed before is quarterly.

Xavier (X-Man) is amazing! He’s super friendly, knowledgeable and professional! He had my bait stations checked and some replaced very quickly. While he was doing that, he helped educate me, a curious dude, about how the system works. I highly recommend Northwest and X-Man!

Great and timely service is always appreciated by the team of Northwest Exterminationg. Whenever we call they show up for an extra free service. Recently we have Mole problem in our yard and the animal control team is working on it and we are very much satisfied the way they work and response.

Jason Sanders is the BEST technician!!!!! He takes care of the bug problems so fast, professional, effective, and most importantly, have the best friendly attitude. I've been with them since 2010, and almost canceled the service recently. But now I decided to stay with them, because of Jason's great attitude and effective solutions.

On July 12, 2021 @ 2:05 PM Todd Harrison arrived at my residence for my appointment for Pest Control services. He provided professional and courteous services, as well as, answered my questions. He provided me his cell phone to pay the $25.00 service fee by VISA card to the young woman on the telephone. I received an email Receipt dated July 12, 2021 @ 2:44 PM for the $25.00. On July 15, 2021 and July 17, 2021 I received invoices for the same $25.00 fee. Even though I sent the receipt in reply to the first email. Northwest Exterminating exhibits the corporate attitude that errors in their accounting system become the customer's responsibility to prove payment to the satisfaction of an unnamed clerk. Only then will unknown clerks conduct an internal investigation. This post is a warning to other customers.

They only came once... They stopped coming in November (according to them) because their visit wasn't recorded on my home security camera (I didn't sign anything), and now they're charging me $280 just because I signed a contract during their first visit. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY CHARGE YOU WITHOUT COMING TO YOUR HOUSE AND MAKE "ghost" VISITS because only they know they came. Do not make a contract with them; they charge you without working.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called to cancel my service because I am moving. I have been a loyal customer to them for the extent of my time in this home. I have subscribed to their monthly service for $109 for the Green Elite Service that was automatically charged to my credit card each month. When I called to cancel, they charged my card $193 and then three days later charged me another $109 for my monthly service that I had canceled. When I called the man said I should not have been charged either and he would email the accounts department to have me refunded. Now I have called to check on the refund and they said that they were charging what was due for the remainder of the year through March of next year (this is July) I am not going to own the house past this month and I do not want to pay for the new homeowners services all the way through March of the next year! I want a refund for what you charged me and the new homeowner will take care of their own pest control and termite bond. Absolutely appalled.
