King GREEN

I am very disappointed with the level of care that King Green has provided to my family as customers. Since working with them, our grass in our front lawn has gotten worse and worse, and is now nonexistent. When we expressed our concern, instead of taking responsibility, they decided to blame this problem on lack of sunlight in our lawn because of a tree, which is simply not true. I've attached a photo for reference. This is unacceptable service and we will not be working with them in the future

I called King Green last summer because my yard was covered up in dove weed and chamberbitter. It was a mess. They told me I needed to kill it all and start over. So I paid them to do that. I also paid for all their treatments and over the winter and during the early spring, my yard looked pretty good. It had some weeds, but overall it was green and grassy. I can tell you that my consistent experience has been the give-a-care-o-meter on the service techs is zero. If you care about your lawn, this just isn't the service for you. It seems to me they just want to say they put a chemical in the vicinity of your lawn, rather than actually accomplishing the work with any cognizance, whatsoever. You won't get a call, accept for a salesman to upsell you another service. Bad service, reasonable prices, bad communication, poor execution. It's not a hard
